Today is Kreston Day and here at Kreston Albania we took the chance to do more than celebrate the network ✨

We used the day to reflect on what the Kreston brand really means in practice: different expertise working together, local knowledge connected to international capability, and a team that can look at one client problem from many angles.

We started with a short discussion on Going Global with Kreston, then moved into a team challenge where mixed-department groups had to think creatively about the future of Kreston Albania and solve realistic business scenarios using expertise from across the firm.

And because every good discussion works better over lunch, we wrapped it all around our Kreston Pasta Bar 🍝

A simple celebration, but a good reminder that the real strength of a multidisciplinary firm comes from how well its people connect 💙

Day 3 of the Kreston Global World & Europe Conference in London saw our Managing Partner, Mr. Rezar Llukaçej and Strategic Partner, Ms. Ljubica Llukaçej, participate in dedicated Global Tax and Global Advisory Services Group sessions, exploring some of the most important developments shaping the future of our profession.

From advisory growth, sustainability, corporate finance, legal services, and cyber risk, to international tax developments such as Pillar Two, transfer pricing, global mobility, and AI, the discussions highlighted how rapidly the needs of businesses are evolving across markets.

One message stood out throughout the day: clients increasingly look for advisors who combine technical expertise with strategic insight, helping them navigate complexity, make informed decisions, and grow with confidence.

📈𝗞𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮 brought a business-focused innovation challenge to 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗸 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, encouraging participants to design intelligent solutions for workflow optimisation, CRM integration, and professional advisory management. Teams were challenged to combine technology, operational thinking, and AI-driven functionality into efficient business systems.

🥇Team 𝗖𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻, with Drini Nazeraj and Aleksandër Iljas, earned first place with their AI-powered client and workflow management platform tailored for multidisciplinary advisory services. Their project successfully integrated intelligent operational tools, digital organisation systems, and client-focused functionalities into a scalable and practical solution.

Innovation becomes truly meaningful when technology is used to solve real business challenges which is why we were very excited to join the TechTrek Hackathon 2026 hosted by by presenting our challenge: Design the Future Advisory CRM.

Throughout the event, it was inspiring to see students transform complex operational and advisory challenges into creative, technology-driven solutions through collaboration and strategic thinking. Their energy and level of engagement demonstrated how strongly the next generation is thinking about the future of business and technology.

As highlighted by Mr. Rezar Llukaçej, Founder and Managing Partner at Kreston Albania: “True innovation begins when we stop seeing technology only as a tool, and start seeing it as a way to improve how people collaborate and create value together. Supporting young people in environments like these is especially important for us, because innovation grows when creativity and opportunity come together.”
