Companies required to prepare annual financial statements should take note of an important compliance deadline.

By 31 July 2026, businesses must:
✔️ File their 2025 Annual Financial Statements with the National Business Center (QKB).
✔️ Submit the shareholders' resolution approving the financial statements and, where applicable, the decision on profit distribution.

Failure to complete these obligations within the deadline may result in administrative penalties, while the filing requirement remains in force even after any fines are imposed.
Timely preparation and submission help ensure compliance and avoid unnecessary delays or sanctions.
