Empowering OSHEE Teams: Aksent L&BC Delivers Project Management & SCRUM Training

We are proudly supporting .group in strengthening internal capacities and developing a future-ready workforce.
As part of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) project “Developing a Skilled Workforce for OSHEE”, Aksent L&BC successfully delivered the “Fundamentals of Project Management and SCRUM” training programme on 18–20 November 2025.

This programme introduced OSHEE professionals to essential project management methodologies and the SCRUM framework, equipping participants with the skills, tools, and agile mindset required to manage complex projects with clarity, adaptability, and efficiency.

The training blended international project management standards with OSHEE’s operational realities, ensuring that participants gained practical, actionable knowledge aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Achievements

✅ Strengthened understanding of core project management principles
✅ Introduction to SCRUM roles, ceremonies, artefacts, and agile mindset
✅ Improved planning, prioritisation, and workflow organisation
✅ Enhanced coordination and communication across departments
✅ Practical exercises simulating real project scenarios from OSHEE’s daily operations
✅ Contributed to the long-term development of OSHEE’s internal project delivery capacity

Empowering OSHEE Trainers: Aksent L&BC Delivers ToT Programme

We are proudly supporting in empowering and upskilling its workforce. As part of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) project on developing a skilled workforce for OSHEE, Aksent L&BC successfully delivered the Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme for the first cohort of Trainers.

This programme equipped OSHEE experts with the facilitation, adult learning, and coaching skills needed to transition into effective trainers and mentors.

The ToT combined generic training skills development with OSHEE-specific alignment, ensuring practical knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability. Following the programme, participants will move on to personalized training across five curricula, tailored to OSHEE’s operational needs.

Key Achievements:

✅ OSHEE experts transitioned into skilled trainers/coaches

✅ Strengthened facilitation, communication, and feedback skills

✅ Enhanced alignment between departmental training agendas and organizational goals

✅ Contributed to the foundation of the OSHEE Academy of Energy for sustainable in-house training

This initiative reinforces OSHEE’s internal capacity and supports a future-ready workforce in Albania’s energy sector.

5 new training programmes will come in the next months to lay the path toward a sustainable skills development mechanism for the biggest company in Albania.
