Founders stepped forward with clarity and confidence, turning their journeys into real opportunities. From investments secured at the EU Startups Summit 2026, to mentorship and strategic support from investors, this was not just a showcase,it was a step forward.

Some of these startups will now go on to represent Growpreneur at the EU Startups Summit in Malta, taking their work to a broader European stage.

Yesterday’s Demo Day was the result of months of work, uncertainty, growth, and persistence coming together in one room.

Startups showed how far they’ve come, and for some, that journey now continues with real backing. From investments secured at the EU Startups Summit 2026, to mentorship and strategic support from investors, these are the steps that truly move a startup forward.
app .vip and .al are among the teams taking those next steps, while a group of startups will go on to represent Growpreneur and themselves at the EU Startups Summit 2026 in Malta, carrying this journey beyond borders.

And yes, we got caught in the rain, a reminder that building something from scratch is rarely perfect or predictable. What mattered is that everyone stayed, showed up, and kept going.

Yesterday was about people, progress, and the belief that these ideas are worth building, no matter the conditions.

While deeply rooted in the UK and US markets, he is actively exploring new opportunities within the SEE region.

His recent investments tackle complex, high-impact global problems across his core sectors - from revolutionizing rapid sepsis diagnostics with Septest (UK) and building borderless banking access with e8n.ai (US), to backing culturally intelligent AI for therapy with Bliss (Albania/Finland).

With a background as a software engineer, CTO, and CEO, he brings deep technical and operational expertise to the boardroom. Last Friday at Growpreneur, we hosted a Growth Talk focused on one of the most important strategic decisions for startups: internationalization.

Arbër Kadia, founder of PATOKO, shared the journey behind the company’s growth and expansion, walking participants through the key moments, decisions, and data that shaped PATOKO’s path beyond local markets.

One of the key takeaways from the session:
“Don’t only go where markets already exist, go where markets are still forming.”

Through real statistics and practical experience, Arbër explained how identifying emerging opportunities early can allow startups to position themselves ahead of the curve and build stronger foundations for international growth.
