Zyra ushtron aktivitetin e tij në bazë të Ligjit Nr. 10031, datë 11.12.2008 “PËR SHËRBIMIN PËRMBARIMOR PRIVAT”, Kodit të Proçedurës Civile të Republikës së Shqipërise, Udhëzimit të përbashkët të Ministrisë së Drejtësisë dhe Ministrisë së Financave Nr. 1240/5, datë 15.09.2009, dhe akte të tjera nenligjore. Funksioni i këtij shërbimi përmbarimor privat është kryerja e ekzekutimit të vendimeve gjyqësore e titujve të tjerë ekzekutivë ndaj personave fizikë e juridikë duke u bazuar në parimin e ligjshmërisë dhe të respektimit të të drejtave dhe lirive të garantuara me ligj, për subjektet që marrin pjesë në proçesin e ekzekutimit. - Licensed by National Licensing Center
Registered by the National Registration Center
From 25.06.2012 part of the Office are three Certified Private Bailiffs:

Ms. Kozeta Guri,
Mrs. Edvin Malotaj. This Private Bailiff Service has been created and operates based on Law No. 10031, date 11.12.2008 “About Private Bailiff Service”, Civil Procedure Code of Republic of Albania, the Joint Instruction of the Ministry of Justice & Ministry of Finance e No. 1240/5, date 15.09.2009, and other legal regulations. The primar function of this Bailiff Service Office is the enforcement of Court Orders and other executive titles to/on/against physical or judicial person based on the Principle of Legality and in total respect of the rights and freedoms garanted by law, for all the parts in the enforcement proccess
