IDRA Research & Consulting dhe IDRA Research & Consulting - Kosova, në bashkëpunim me Resilience Solutions dhe me kontraktor GIZ Kosova, është duke implementuar projektin “Vlerësimi i Rreziqeve Natyrore dhe Klimatike, si dhe Hartimi i Planeve për Menaxhimin e Rreziqeve” në komunat e Prizrenit, Gjakovës dhe Gjilanit.

Në kuadër të projektit, janë organizuar punëtori për validimin e të dhënave, koordinimin me institucionet lokale dhe diskutimin e gjetjeve kryesore lidhur me rreziqet natyrore dhe klimatike. Gjatë këtyre sesioneve, pjesëmarrësit kontribuan në validimin e hartave dhe të dhënave ekzistuese, identifikimin e të dhënave që mungojnë, si dhe diskutimin mbi zonat, infrastrukturën dhe komunitetet më të cenueshme.

IDRA Research & Consulting, me një portofol të gjerë projektesh në fushën e Reformës në Administratën Publike (PAR), ishte pjesë e konferencës së nivelit të lartë “Enhancing the productivity of the public administration by improving performance management”, e zhvilluar më 26 mars në Tiranë.

Në këtë konferencë, ekspertët e IDRA kontribuuan aktivisht në diskutimet mbi menaxhimin e performancës në administratën publike:

🔹 Auron Pashaj kontribuoi si panelist në Panelin 3: “Allocation/Delegation of Responsibilities as a Tool of Performance Management”, duke ndarë perspektiva mbi rëndësinë e delegimit të përgjegjësive për rritjen e efikasitetit institucional.

🔹 Blerta Kalavace moderoi Panelin 1: “Performance Evaluation”, duke udhëhequr diskutimin mbi mënyrat e përmirësimit të vlerësimit të performancës në sektorin publik.

IDRA Research & Consulting is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the
implementation and coordination of projects in the areas of governance, rule of law, human rights, public policy, and civil society development.

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate project teams, activities, timelines, and work plans to ensure effective project
implementation.
· Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations.
· Conduct desk research to support proposal development and report writing.
· Draft and contribute to project reports, including the preparation of project progress reports, policy briefs, and presentations.
· Conduct stakeholder mapping and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support effective project implementation.
· Maintain effective communication with project partners and stakeholders.
· Support the preparation of project proposals, including technical and financial proposals.
· Ensure administrative documentation and reporting of project activities.
· Prepare summaries of reports and key project findings.

Qualifications and Skills
· University degree in social sciences, law,
public policy, economics, project management, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and research skills,
including experience in desk research and policy analysis.
· Excellent organizational, coordination, and
time-management skills.
· Experience in project management, civil
society projects, proposal writing, and administrative reporting or procurement is an advantage.
· Ability to engage effectively with public
institutions, civil society organizations, and international partners.
· Excellent written and verbal communication
skills in Albanian and English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to
changing priorities, and proactively propose solutions.
· Strong sense of responsibility, professional
integrity, and strong work ethic.
· Attention to detail and commitment to
delivering high-quality work.

🏞️Improvement of Tourism Statistics in Albania

Tourism is a major driver of Albania's economy. Through the Improvement of Tourism Statistics in Albania Project funded by ADF (Albanian Development Fund), IDRA set out to modernize how tourism is measured and managed.

🔑Key Project Tasks:
• Develop a new Tourism Management Information
System (TMIS)
• Upgrade survey methodologies using digital data
Tools
• Integrate third-party data (Airbnb, credit cards, mobile data)
• Produce experimental Tourism Satellite Accounts
(TSA) for 2019 and 2023
• Provide legal frameworks and technical specifications for system adoption

🌟Achievements：
• TMIS designed with modules for Central Tourism Registry, eVisitor guest registration, and a central tourism statistics hub
• Six national surveys modernized and aligned with UN and EU standards
• New surveys created for residents' satisfaction and cruise tourism
• Groundbreaking analysis of third-party data to enrich tourism insights
• Institutional collaboration strengthened among MoTE, INSTAT etc.

✔️IDRA successfully finalized this project, ensuring Albania now has modern tools and expertise to advance tourism statistics.

🗓 Më datë 25 qershor, u zhvillua me sukses Tryeza e konsultimit për programin e Trajnimeve për Shërbimin Social Shtetëror.

🤝 Aktiviteti u organizua me iniciativën e Ministrisë së Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale dhe Shërbimit Social Shtetëror me mbështetjen e UNICEF, në kuadër të projektit “Asistencë Teknike për Rishikimin Funksional dhe Fuqizimin e SHSSH”, pjesë e zbatimit të Strategjisë së Re Kombëtare për Mbrojtjen Sociale 2024–2030 dhe pjesë e mbështetjes institucionale të MShMS përmes programit Askush të Mos Mbetet Pas, financuar nga Qeveria Zvicerane.

The project aimed to strengthen multi-sectoral responses to violence against women and girls, empowering marginalized groups by improving access to essential services, legal aid, and community-based support.

➡️Key findings include:

The empowerment of women and girls through improved access to services, information, and legal support, has resulted in increased reporting and utilization of support systems.

➡️Main recommendation

Maintain and strengthen a streamlined referral system that connects survivors to essential services such as primary healthcare, legal aid, and psychosocial support. Ensure that survivors are well-informed about their rights and the available services.
