We are pleased to announce that Vlad Khachatryan has joined the Aratashen W**ery team.

Vlad will be responsible for expanding the presence of SHUNCH w**es in the Armenian domestic market and developing strong partnerships.

He brings more than 15 years of experience in the w**e industry, having worked with various companies, including international organizations.

Since 2022, Vlad has served as President of the Cavistes Association of Armenia.

The new SHUNCH Voskehat Reserve, made using the “Barrel Fermented” method, offers a new interpretation of the indigenous Armenian Voskehat grape variety.

Fermentation and ageing took place exclusively in an oak barrel for a full year. The barrel was specially made for Aratashen W**ery by the French company , renowned for its Burgundian traditions.

Thanks to the “Barrel Fermented” method, Voskehat has revealed new dimensions: depth, volume, softness, and a complex aromatic profile.

Solar panels provide clean energy, drip irrigation ensures that every litre of water is used efficiently, water is heated using solar energy, and advanced water recycling systems return this precious resource to the natural water cycle.

Permaculture, our own compost, a three-layer agroforestry system, and living green walls create a unique microclimate, preserve moisture, protect the soil, and strengthen the ecosystem with each passing year.

Yet this is only the visible part of our commitment. The principles of sustainable development are integrated into every stage of our production processes and underpin the w**ery’s long-term development strategy.
