ts, altitudes ranging between 1,700 – 2,200 meters above sea level, giving our Black Angus meat a specific taste and tenderness. We raise totally natural and organic fed and finished Black Angus meat. Our Black Angus cattle graze freely in high mountain organic vegetations around the year, including the winter, roaming through our carefully designed pasture management system, eating meadow grasses, wild fruits, rare herbs, healing plants, wild berries, and finishing on Mother Nature’s gifts such as acorns, beechnuts and linden leaves. Our Black Angus cattle drink the freshest mineral water from the mountain natural clear rivulets, streams and springs. Our simple natural technology connects the essentials; Black Angus cattle in a stress – free natural environment grazing the meadow pastures of lash vegetation with lots of fresh air on the banks of mountain streams in the bliss of forest with nice murmur of mountain brooks. Through that natural connection, we produce natural, highest quality, healthy, tender and flavorful Black Angus meat. We simply have no match in healthiness and naturality of our product. We are 100% Mother Nature fed Black Angus meat.
