Արդեն որոշե՞լ եք, թե ինչպես եք նշելու VALENTINE ը։

Իսկ եթե բացել Savar Reserve,
Լցնել երկու գավաթ և առաջարկել ձեր կեսին նախերգանքի համար համտեսել գինու բույրը
• Նախ, քթով խորը շունչ քաշեք, ապա դանդաղ արտաշնչեք։
- Խմեք մի կում գինի և պահեք այն ձեր բերանում, որպեսզի համի զգայարանները մերվեն գինու հետ։
- Գնահատեք գինու գույնը: Գույնով կարելի է որոշել՝ արդյոք գինին հնացել է տակառի մեջ և ինչ խաղողից է այն պատրաստված։ Ամեն դեպքում, լավ գինին պետք է լինի թափանցիկ, իսկ մակերեսը փայլուն։ Կանոնից բացառություն է միայն Cabernet Sauvignon-ից պատրաստված երիտասարդ գինին, այն կարող է պղտոր լինել, այլ դեպքերում դա անընդունելի է։
- Խմեք երկրորդ կումը, տաքացրեք գինին ձեր բերանում, կենտրոնացեք ըմպելիքի խտության և համի ներդաշնակության վրա։
- Գավաթով ով մի քանի սահուն շրջանաձև շարժումներ արեք։ Պատերին պետք է «ոտքեր» մնան՝ որքան երկար մնան կաթոցները, այնքան գինու որակը բարձր է
- Կուլ տվեք գինին և գնահատեք հետհամը, որը շատ բան է ասում որակի մասին։
Եթե գինու հետհամը պահպանվում է բերանում մեկ րոպեից ավելի, ապա դա լավ գինի է (Savar reserve-ի հետհամը պահպանվում է միջինը 3 րոպե)

❄️Ձմեռային ավանդույթները Վայոց ձորում

Ընտանեկան գինու մառաններ🍷
Վայոց ձորի ընտանիքներում սերունդներով փոխանցել են գինեգործության արվեստը։ Ձմռանը նրանք հավաքվում են քարե նկուղներում հնացված գինիները փորձելու՝ պլանավորելով, թե ինչպես են յուրաքանչյուր տարվա գինին կիսելու կամ նվիրելու տոների ընթացքում:
Առաջին գինու օրհնություն🥂
Ձմռան ամիսներին գինեգործներն իրենց առաջին խմբաքանակները բերում են տեղի եկեղեցիներ օրհնության համար, մի սովորություն, որը կապում է հավատքը, համայնքը և նրանց աշխատանքի պտուղները: Ենթադրվում է, որ այս օրհնված գինու մի կումը բարգավաճում է բերում գալիք տարում:

Դեռևս հին ժամանակներից հայերը ձմռան կեսը նշում էին Ամանորը, որտեղ գինին խորհրդանշում էր առատությունն ու երախտագիտությունը: Այսօր էլ Վայոց ձորի ընտանիքները կենաց են խմում տեղական արտադրության գինիներով՝ ավանդելով այս հավերժական ավանդույթը:

For generations, families in Vayots Dzor have passed down the art of winemaking. Winter is when they gather to sample wines aging in stone cellars, planning how each vintage will be shared or gifted during the holidays.

Blessing the First Harvest Wine
During the winter months, winemakers bring their first batches to local churches for blessing — a practice that connects faith, community, and the fruits of their labor. A sip of this blessed wine is believed to bring prosperity in the year ahead.

The Feast of Navasard
Dating back to ancient times, Armenians marked midwinter with feasts celebrating the New Year, where wine symbolized abundance and gratitude. Even today, families in Vayots Dzor toast with locally crafted wines, carrying forward this timeless tradition.
