How We Select Speakers
In our line of work, the speaker is everything.
Each Summit is a commitment to the people who trust us with their time—attendees fly in from over 75 countries to be there. That’s why we’ve implemented a multi-level selection system.
Any team member can propose a candidate, but the program must reflect a diverse range of life domains.
We make it a point to include: a champion from the world of sports, a representative of the creative industries, an expert in health or biohacking, a leading thinker or bestselling author, and an entrepreneur.
It’s essential that all speakers are true stars and champions—with a globally recognized brand. A speaker must be equally compelling to entrepreneurs arriving from every continent.
Our offer: over two days, participants will see 8–10 legends and receive live masterclasses.
We choose those with undeniable track records—like James Cameron in film or Magnus Carlsen in sports.
Additional criteria we consider:
1. Energy and Charisma. Can the speaker hold the attention of a stadium audience?
2. Reputation. Over the past 10 years, we’ve built a blacklist of speakers we will not work with. We strive (though we don’t always succeed) to avoid controversial figures.
3. No Selling from the Stage. Speakers must not use the Summit as a platform for self-promotion. It’s about providing value to the audience. Last year, we turned down a $1 million offer for a speaking slot.
The main lecture event will take place in September. Secure your spot via the link while tickets are still available.
