Երիտասարդների տունը ձեր աջակցության կարիքն ունի 📣

ԵՆԿ-ի և Երիտասարդների տան սիրելի ընկերներ, կյանքեր փոխող այս հաստատության ապագան այժմ կախված է ձեզանից: Խնդրում ենք հետևեք հղմանը և օգնեք մեզ հայթհայթել միջոցներ, որպեսզի կարողանանք շարունակել փոփոխություններ բերել այս հրաշալի երիտասարդների կյանքում: 🏡🚶 🚶‍

Գյումրու «Երիտասարդական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ն սկսում է քրաուդֆանդինգի արշավ՝ «Երիտասարդների տան»` Գյումրիում առաջին բաց երիտասարդական կենտրոնի 2019 թվականի գործունեության ծախսերը հոգալու համար:
Երիտասարդների տունը Գյումրիի ամենախոցելի թաղամասերում բնակվող 13-ից 18 տարեկան երիտասարդների առջև իր դռներն առաջին անգամ բացել է 2018 թվականի մայիսին՝ Եվրոպական միության ֆինանսավորմամբ, Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի և բազմաթիվ առատաձեռն անհատների աջակցությամբ: Տարեկան այն փոխում է ավելի քան 600 երիտասարդի կյանք՝ մատուցելով տարատեսակ մասնագիտացված երիտասարդական ծառայություններ, որոնց մասին մանրամասն տեղեկություն կարող եք ստանալ այցելելով Երիտասարդների տան պաշտոնական էջ:

Վերջին 6 ամիսների ընթացքում՝ կենտրոնի գործունեության համար տրամադրված նախնական ֆինանսական միջոցների սպառումից հետո, ԵՆԿ-ն ֆինանսավորել է կենտրոնի ծախսերը կազմակերպության խնայողությունների հաշվին՝ հավատալով մեր գործի կարևորությանը և մշտապես ստանալով մեր շահառուների, իրենց ընտանիքների և այլ շահագրգիռ կողմերի դրական և մոտիվացնող արձագանքները: Սակայն, դժբախտաբար, մենք հնարավորություն չունենք ինքնաֆինանսավորելու կենտրոնը տևական ժամանակով:

The Youth House needs your support!!! 📣📣

Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO is starting a crowdfunding campaign to contribute to the operational costs of the “Youth House”: the first open youth centre in Gyumri in 2019.
The “Youth House” has first opened its doors to 13-18 year-old young people from most vulnerable neighbourhoods of Gyumri in May 2018 with the support of the European Union funding, Gyumri municipality and many generous private sponsors. Yearly it changes lives of over 600 youngsters, providing variety of professional youth services which you can learn about on the Youth House official page.

For the recent 6 months, after the initial funding for centre’s operations came to end, YIC has been financing the operations of the centre from it’s reserve funds, believing in the importance of what we do and constantly receiving positive and motivating feedback from our beneficiaries, their families and other stakeholders. But unfortunately we cannot afford self-funding the centre for too long.

Սիրելի ընկերներ,
Երեկ ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսավորվող “STRONG CSOs” ծրագրի վերջին աշխատանքային օրն էր:
Ինձ համար այն նույնպես վերջինն էր ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Վերջին 35 ամիսներն անցկացրել եմ հայաստանյան քաղաքացիական ոլորտին ծառայելով, և այս փորձը եղել է դժվարին, հետաքրքիր, ծանրաբեռնված, բարդ, գնահատված, պահանջախնդիր, երջանիկ և շատ ու շատ ավելին: Եթե ինձ հաջողվել է թեկուզ և մեկ փոփոխություն բերել ձեր կամ ձեր կազմակերպության համար, ապա դա կհամարեմ իմ ձեռքբերումը:

Dear Friends,
Yesterday was the last operational day of the “STRONG CSOs for Stronger Armenia” EU-funded project.
At the same time, it was my last working day within the action. I spent last 35 months working for Armenian civic sector, and this experience has been challenging, exciting, busy, hard, rewarding, demanding, happy, and many and much more. If I only in some ways managed to contribute to one positive change that happened in you, or in your organisation, or in Armenian civic sector, I take it as my success and satisfaction.
Let me thank all those who I met and with or for whom I had an opportunity to work. THANK YOU SO MUCH! It was an unforgettable experience and lesson. I will always remember our “be STRONG and never give up!” that we all shared throughout this time.

Ցանկանում ենք բարեգործների, դոնոր կազմակերպությունների և այլ անձանց ուշադրությունը հրավիրել այս խնդրին և օգնել կենտրոնին «գոյատևել» ձմռանը։

Vardenis-based “Astghavard” NGO is our project beneficiary organisation dealing with children with disabilities. 15 years ago they established the “Astghavard” therapy centre to help those children. Currently the centre lacks finances and is unable to pay the bills for the heating.
We call the attention of the philanthropists, donor organisations and others to this issue and help them "survive" in winter.

Նոյեմբերի 9-ին կայացավ «ԿԱԶԱ» շվեյցարական մարդասիրական հիմնադրամի Գյումրու Սոցիալ-ուսուցողական և զարգացման վերանորոգված կենտրոնի բացումը։
Բացմանը ներկա են գտնվել նաև "STRONG CSOs" ծրագրի թիմի անդամները, ովքեր կենտրոնի գրադարանին սիրով նվիրաբերեցին ծրագրի շրջանակներում լույս տեսած Հայաստանում ՔՀԿ-ների կարողությունների զարգացման կարիքների գնահատումը (2018թ.) և «Ավելի խելացի, ավելի ուժեղ» գործնական ձեռնարկը (հայերեն և անգլերեն)։
Հուսով ենք՝ ՔՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչները գրադարանից օգտվելիս կծանոթանան նաև հետազոտությանն ու գործնական ձեռնարկին, և որ դրանք իսկապես օգտակար կլինեն նրանց համար։

On 9 November the official opening of refurbished Gyumri socio-educational and development centre of "KASA" Swiss Humanitarian Foundation was held. The "STRONG CSOs" project team members had the pleasure to take part in the event and meanwhile donate the copies of Capacity Building Needs Assessment 2018 and "BecomingSMARTer-GettingSTRONGer" practical toolkit (English and Armenian) to the library of the centre. We do hope that the CSO representatives while visiting the library will find time to read the publications and benefit from them in terms of acquiring new knowledge and skills related to the civic sector.

"...our most important function is to show the public that a person who has been convicted is still not a dangerous person..." mentions Arshak Gasparyan, President of "Social Justice" NGO.
Yet another film features the success story of one of the sub-granted projects financed under the "STRONG CSOs" project Small Grants Scheme, and it tells about “Promoting Resocialization of Juveniles/Youth in Conflict with Law” sub-granted project. Due to the implementation of this project more than 100 juveniles in conflict with law and being under supervision of Probation services of Avan-Nor Nork and Shengavit, as well as Vanadzor community based units of National Probation Service were re-socialized in their communities through joint efforts and established cooperation model between Probation services, territorial employment and social agencies, employers, CSOs and other stakeholders in the field.

Այսօր եկեք դիտենք «Հաջողված պատմություններ» ֆիլմերի շարքի 2-րդ ֆիլմը, որը պատմում է "STRONG CSOs" ծրագրի Փոքր դրամաշնորհային նախագծի շրջանակներում ֆինանսավորված «Մշակույթը որպես սոցիալական փոփոխությունների բանալի» ծրագրի մասին:
Ֆիլմը լի է վառ գույներով ու լավ տրամադրությամբ, քանի որ ծրագիրը նվիրված էր երեխաներին՝ Մեծամոր, Իջևան և Նոյեմբերյան համայնքներում բնակվող աղքատ և խոցելի ընտանիքներից: Ծրագրի շնորհիվ մոտ 250 երեխա հնարավորություն է ստացել զարգացնելու իր ստեղծագործական ներուժը և ներառվել հասարակության մեջ մշակութային կյանքին մանակցելու միջոցով:

Today let's watch the second film of a set of promotional videos called "Success stories". This one tells about the “Culture as a key to social change” project sub-granted under the "STRONG CSOs" project Small Grants Scheme.
The film is full of colors and joy because it is dedicated to the kids from poor and vulnerable families living in Metsamor, Ijevan and Noyemberyan communities. Due to this project implementation, around 250 children had chance to develop their creative potential and to be integrated into the society through participation in cultural life.

Սիրելի ընկերներ,

Այսօր ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսավորվող “STRONG CSOs” ծրագրի իրականացման վերջին օրն է։ Մենք՝ ծրագրի թիմի անդամներս, միևնույն ժամանակ և՛ ուրախ ենք, և՛ տխուր։ Ուրախ ենք, քանի որ մեր բոլոր ջանքերն ու սպասումները նպատակներին հասնելու տեսանկյունից արդարացվել են, և տխուր ենք, քանի որ ավարտվեց մեր 3 տարուց ավել տևած անմոռանալի ճանապարհորդությունը։
Մենք շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում ծրագրի բոլոր գործընկերներին, շահառուներին և իրականացնողներին՝ Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակությանը, ՔՀԿ-ներին ուղղված ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսավորվող և այլ ծրագրերին, ծառայություններ մատուցող կազմակերպություններին և այլն։ Անչափ շնորհակալ ենք մեր շահառու ՔՀԿ-ներին, ներառյալ՝ ենթադրամաշնորհառուներին, երազանքներն իրականություն դարձնելու իրենց ջանքերի և այդքան մեծ թվով շահառուների աջակցելու համար։

Today, 19 October 2018, is the last working day within the implementation period of the “STRONG CSOs for Stronger Armenia” EU-funded project. We, the STRONG project team, are happy and sad at the same time. Happy - because all our efforts and expectation in achieving the goals have been justified, and sad, because our unforgettable journey for more than 3 years is over.
On behalf of the “STRONG CSOs” project team we would like to thank so much all the project partners, beneficiaries and implementers - the EU Delegation to Armenia - our Contracting Authority, EU-funded and other projects targeting the civic sector, sub-contractors, service providers, and others.
