We had the pleasure of delivering a communication skills training for the Digitain Armenia team, enriched with selected concepts and practical tools from the Process Communication Model®️ (PCM), led by our Certified PCM Trainers.

PCM is an internationally recognized communication model that helps people understand different personality types, improve communication, strengthen teamwork, and manage conflict more effectively.

Through practical exercises and real-life scenarios, participants gained valuable tools they can immediately apply in their daily work and leadership practices.
