Company looks for sales manager to work on "International Summer School" project.

Manager needs to have the following skills:
- Very good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages.
- Ability to lead e-mail and phone conversations.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing
- Good organizing skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Project coordinator skills
- Negotiating skills

Responsibility:
- Make and involve connections with companies and universities
- Manage work with Armenian and foreign companies.
- Customer engagement, service, consulting
- Manage the company's web site activities

Requirement:
- Bachelor or higher degree.
Work experience in tourism or close to the field of tourism and experience in international project management will be regarded as a plus.

The USCArmenia project starts this year in Armenia, thereafter it will be part of the annual program. Having an interdisciplinary socio-educational orientation, it aims to implement Summer School in Armenia meeting all international standards.
The Training period of the project in 2016 is provided for all of the universities in Armenia, as well as for students studying at universities outside Armenia. The tradition of creating such schools originated and developed in the last century, occupying a significant part of both European and American cultural-educational domain.
Thus, the implementation of USC Armenia project aims to make the Republic of Armenia a culture bearer of holding summer schools.
By implementing Summer School 2016 in Armenia, The USCArmenia project plans to give to the target group of Armenian and foreign students more than they receive from their universities, and the contribution to this issue have both young professionals and academics, as well as already experienced and renowned specialists.
Activity
The summer school includes numerous subjects such as ecology, IT, design, philosophy, psychology, science, recreation, sports.
At the same time, taking into account international experience of leading companies in such projects, there will be various seminars, workshops, practical projects and studies during Summer School.
Starting from the moment of filling in the application form, we will ensure that the best subjects are studied by the student so that they gain as much as possible.
During the summer school professional groups will be formed, for any of which is implemented proportional distribution phase of seminars, round tables and researches with previously developed program by Academic Council.
USCArmenia 2016 Summer School supported by its partners, funds the project partly, giving each student the opportunity to become a part of USCArmenia international summer school.
Details
The event will be held in August 2016 for a duration of 1-2 weeks. It will be situated in one of the most picturesque places in Armenia, selected by experts who are invited by the organizing company.
The School's potential participants will have an opportunity through request to be also involved in the selection stage of one area from at least three areas, pre-selected by the project organizers.
The main part of the school day will be devoted to workshops, lectures, discussion and implementation of projects, as well as language, interactive learning, sporting events and dance lessons. At the same time there will be master classes by renowned experts in the field of science, sport and theater.
In addition, parallel to the study program there will be cultural events, concerts, photo exhibitions and film screenings. Specialists offered by students will be also invited to participate in summer school. During the time all the team members will support students.

The 2-week summer school runs from 1st August to 15th and from 15th August to 29th.

The participation cost is $200-300 US dollars (100,000-150,000 AMD), which includes accommodation, meals, German, French and English language courses, seminars, round tables, sporting events, art classes, hikes, film screenings and travel.
