The “Lisbon-Vladivostok Initiative”, the pan-European business association of well over 100 members from companies, business associations and think tanks for the harmonization of and guidelines, continues to gain momentum. At a high-profile meeting three board members of the initiative, led by their chairman Ulf Schneider, owner of the SCHNEIDER GROUP and the OWC-Publishers for Foreign Trade, were given the opportunity to present the ambitious project with political radiance.
The intensive and coherent exchange of ideas gives hope - the continuation of the talks in Brussels was spontaneously agreed.

At a high-profile meeting on invitation of the Minister-in-Charge of Economy and Financial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission ( ), the Kazakhs Ruslan Beketaev , to the EEC’s premises in Moscow, three board members of the initiative, led by their chairman Ulf Schneider, owner of the SCHNEIDER GROUP and the OWC-Publishers for Foreign Trade, were given the opportunity to present the ambitious project with political radiance.
The presentation of the results of the task forces on the specific core requirements Visa Liberalization, , , , / and / met with particular interest. Minister Beketaev himself suggested another urgent subject - the harmonization of the financial and capital markets of both unions. The intensive and coherent exchange of ideas gives hope - the continuation of the talks in Brussels was spontaneously agreed.

🔺RA Code on “Administrative Offenses” has been supplemented by Para 158.1 - administrative liability for a breach of licensing requirements by persons holding pharmaceutical licenses. This part was not regulated previously.
▶️Current regulation and sanctions are as follows:

For a breach of imperative licensing requirements or terms thereof during implementation of pharmaceutical operations/activity in the RA by a legal entity or private entrepreneur, holding a pharmaceutical license, if the mentioned breach did not cause a liability under the RA law “On licensing”, incurs a warning. If within 30 days upon issuance of the warning the breach is not eliminated, a fine at 50 fold- amount of the minimal salary shall be charged.

Job description:
The accountant will assist the Chief Accountant to prepare accounting records and financial reports in accordance with RA legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards, also to ensure the accounting of the projects.

Job responsibilities
Run the accounting of several organizations (projects);
Make bookings of the transactions in the appropriate accounting software;
Prepare initial accounting documents, insert into database, check accounting records with primary documentation;
Collect, file and maintain day-to-day accounting information;
Use and maintain internal accounting software;
Maintain procedures for collecting, checking and preparing documentation, required for verifying of all payment supporting documentation. Record payment documentation and payments to contractors. Ensure that all payments are made in accordance with the relevant legal agreements and other applicable documents;
Perform other duties assigned by Chief Accountant.
Required qualifications
Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related spheres (mathematical education is a plus);
At least 1 years of relevant work experience in financial/consulting sphere;
Deep knowledge of payroll calculation (checking timesheets and shift schedules);
Knowledge of IAS/IFRS, methods of bookkeeping;
Working knowledge of MS Office, fluency in Excel;
Working knowledge of AS-Accountant 7 software/1C;
Working knowledge of Tax legislation;
Working knowledge of the Labor Code and Civil Legislation;
Fluency in Armenian and English languages, Russian language is a plus;
Good team player;
Ability to fulfill tasks within strict deadlines;
Relentless attention to detail (detail-oriented)
Knowledge of business ethics.

🔷Update on changes in the procedure of entry to the Republic of Armenia.
✈️Upon entering the territory of the Republic of Armenia travelers will be asked to provide:
✅a COVID-19 PCR test certificate* with a negative result taken within the previous 72 hours, 🔴 or
✅a certification* of complete vaccination against COVID-19 with 2 dosages and the second dose taken at least 14 days before entering the country.
✅certificate with a negative result or a vaccination certificate is not required for children up to 1-year-old.
✅travelers entering the territory of the Republic of Armenia from the territory of the Russian Federation should present the certificate through “Путешествую без COVID-19” mobile application.
✅For foreigners the entry to the Republic of Armenia continues to remain open both via air and land borders.
