Baker Tilly Armenia was founded more than 26 years ago and was the first in the professional services market in Armenia to offer financial audit, mystery shopping, salary research, and other high international class services. The company has an office in Gyumri, which allows us to conduct projects for clients whose business is outside the capital or based in the regions of the country more easily.

📣We are looking for a Senior Auditor to join our team.

The Senior Auditor will have a significant and influential role within the organization reporting to the General Director and being the main interface for key audit customers, responsible for delivering professional assurance services to our clients.

📌Key functions:
· Lead the team of auditors and provide professional audit services to our clients
· Allocate tasks between engagement team members
· Monitor files and audit the completion of working papers under the standards
· Prepare reports on audit findings, highlighting key issues and recommendations
· Prepare deliverables, reports and other project-related documentation
· Supervise work of junior staff, take part in coaching of team members and provide on-the-job training for junior colleagues
· Identify upcoming business issues and either mitigate them or turn them into opportunities;
· Interface directly with customers regularly and become the first point of contact for support or escalation

📌Qualifications and skills:
· Master's degree (preferably in Economics or BA)
· Strong knowledge of IFRS
· At least 3 years of audit experience
· Membership of CAAA is an advantage
· At least 9 ACCA exams completed
· Proficiency in researching accounting and auditing issues
· Good organizational and teamwork skills
· Strong analytics, organizational and presentation skills
· Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines
· Highly motivated, curious and proactive team player with a positive attitude
· Proficient English language skills
