Այն Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված առաջին միջոցառումներից էր, որտեղ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցի հետ մեկտեղ վերհանվեցին և քննարկվեցին արդար և պատշաճ հատուցման եղանակները:
