One of the project’s key challenges is that construction is taking place within an active working environment.

Our priority is to deliver the project while maintaining uninterrupted business operations, minimizing disruption to employees, and ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements throughout every stage of the works.

Beyond project ex*****on, VGM Projects serves as the key link between the landlord (LL) and all project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, aligning expectations, and ensuring that decisions are coordinated efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
The architectural design was developed by TF+Architects , providing the foundation for a workspace that meets both functional and operational goals.
