A major milestone for the JetBrains Armenia Office Renovation Project.

Following the successful completion of the tender process, technical evaluation, and commercial negotiations, the Letter of Award has officially been signed, appointing Mane Interiors LLC as the General Contractor.

The project now moves into its next phase: contract finalization, mobilization, and construction.

VGM Projects will continue leading the coordination of design, schedule, procurement, quality, HSE, and site ex*****on—ensuring that every stage is delivered through one structured and controlled process.

With the Detailed Design phase progressing, the VGM Projects team is conducting regular site visits, coordinating technical requirements, aligning contractors, and preparing the project for smooth construction ex*****on.

Our role goes beyond managing individual tasks. As Construction Project Managers, we connect design, schedule, technical decisions, contractors, and on-site activities into one coordinated process.

For Cisco’s new office, VGM Projects is managing the renovation journey from design to ex*****on — with the design itself developed by our team.

One of the key challenges is balancing Cisco’s global corporate standards with the technical and spatial requirements of the project. At the same time, the renovation takes place within an active business center, which means construction activities are limited to non-working hours.

Every phase has to be carefully coordinated, every detail aligned, and every deadline respected.
