Our flagship – the gold standard for ethical , continues to be the backbone of the global advertising and marketing industry.

The Code applies to all forms of marketing communications, including emerging technologies like AI, ensuring legal, decent, honest, and truthful practices.

We urge marketers to adhere to the ICC Code, maintaining responsible marketing practices regardless of human or AI involvement.

The Code is currently being revised to reflect technological advancements and will emphasise that AI-generated marketing communications must meet the same standards as all marketing communications.
