Classic Dad Joke.😃

Wait... did you catch it?

In English, we love to save energy when we speak.

This is especially true for unstressed pronouns like "it."

When we speak quickly, "plan it" sounds exactly like "planet."

Why?

Instead of saying a clear "IT," we make it sound like one single word: /ˈplænɪt/.

So, coming back to the space party.

If I plan it well, will it be the best on the planet?" 🌍 😃

New words don´t live in notebooks.

So,how do we actually start using them when we speak?

🧠 What science shows:
Words stick when we actively use them multiple times, spaced out over time, and in contexts that matter to us.

✨ A simple rule:
When you meet a new word or expression you want to start using:

🔶 Notice how it’s used in context
🔶 Use it in one sentence of your own
🔶 Reuse it a few days later, and then again in different contexts over time

That’s how a word moves from recognition to communication.
