What a wild ride these last few months have been since I joined at the end of July! 🌟

Starting was intense but rewarding—my onboarding was lightning-fast, diving straight into meeting all of our amazing clients. It felt like a crash course, but it helped me hit the ground running. 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️📈

One of the highlights was getting to know the team. These are not just colleagues—they’ve become friends who inspire me daily. 🧡

Another incredible experience was traveling to San Diego, CA to represent BetterPros at 2024. It was surreal to meet clients in person, visit their offices, and deepen those connections face-to-face. I loved sharing this time with Magalí Blanco and Peter Whitehead, learning from their experience, and sharing ideas and plans for the future. 💪🏼

This year also pushed me to grow in so many ways. I got to work on improving processes and learning new tools to manage our projects better. A special thanks to Ana Clara Abitante and Sofia Mastronardi for their support and the badass work they put into making these improvements a reality. ⏲️📊

I also want to take a moment to thank Victoria Rodriguez Delgado and Santiago Gomez for their collaboration and support. It’s been great to work together, and I’m excited to see what we can accomplish as we keep moving forward. 🙏🏽

On top of that, I’ve been incredibly lucky to work alongside an amazing Sales Team: Mercedes Ruiz Funes, Melina Ceballos, and Sofia Leyes. 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️ Together, we’ve not only bonded but also driven some amazing transformations. The way we’ve tackled challenges and built something stronger every day has been nothing short of inspiring. You’re the best! 🙌

But most of all, I’m grateful for the incredible people I’ve met. 🫶🏼
This team has truly made me feel like I belong to a big, supportive family. There’s no other way to describe it—it’s just a joy to show up every day and be part of this.

Here’s to another year of learning, growing, and making it count. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far—you’ve made it unforgettable. 🤍💫

Qué gratificante que fue volver a las aulas después de casi dos años de virtualidad. La modalidad híbrida hizo que pueda disfrutar de la magia del aula y a la vez tener alumnos desde Buenos Aires a Paraguay.
Fue una gran clase de debate, puesta en común de casos personales e intercambio de ideas.
Gracias a por darme este espacio hace más de 4 años. Es un honor ser parte de los equipos docentes de cada diplo.
Gracias .carro.perez por recibirme tan cálidamente en la .fcefyn.
Y finalmente gracias a todos los que participaron ayer de esta clase!
