Nuestro enólogo creció entendiendo que el vino nace mucho antes de la bodega: en la tierra, en el clima y en el silencio paciente de la montaña.

Su trabajo no es imponer, sino interpretar: escuchar lo que la uva expresa, respetar el origen y acompañar el proceso con precisión y sensibilidad.

Porque para él, hacer vino no es una técnica, sino una manera de honrar de dónde viene y todo lo que la naturaleza tiene para contar.
