Excited to announce that the Evalcard is now officially available in Poland! 🇵🇱⚡

Electrification is not limited to road vehicles. The global training program by UNEVSA also covers safe working practices for electrically powered aircraft.

Our Evalcard is recognized not only in the automotive sector, but also in aviation as proof of qualification for safely working with hazardous voltages and high-voltage systems.

As electric mobility continues to expand across industries, standardized and internationally recognized safety training becomes more important than ever.

3 countries, one common goal: safety.
🌍⚡ ⚡⚡

This week, Evalus had the opportunity to organize and deliver a Hazardous Voltage (HV) training course bringing together participants and partners from Austria, China, and Spain. 🇦🇹🇨🇳🇪🇸

What made this training special was not only the international collaboration, but the shared understanding that people and their safety always come first. Despite different languages, backgrounds, and working cultures, everyone worked together around one essential topic: safe and standardized EV operations.

The successful implementation of this program shows that HV education can work internationally — with the right training concept, practical approach, and common standards.

It is a strong example that the global training program of UNEVSA can work across borders and cultures, creating a unified understanding of safety in the mobility for all electric vehicle classes.

A big thank you and congratulations to all partners and participants from Yutong, AirRail and Vienna Airport Technik for the trust, professionalism, and great collaboration.

⚡ Wenn „Hochvolt“ nicht gleich „Gefährliche Spannung“ ist – was dann? ⚡
Letzte Woche haben wir die Frage gestellt, ob die Definition von „Hochvolt“ überhaupt noch zeitgemäß ist.
Heute gehen wir einen Schritt weiter:
👉 Was passiert, wenn wir uns von festen Spannungsgrenzen oder Errichtungsvorschriften lösen?

Denn die unbequeme Wahrheit über „Hochvolt 1.0“ ist:
❗ Nicht jede Hochvolt-Anlage hat automatisch orangefärbige Leitungen
❗ Und nicht jede „Niedervolt“-Anwendung ist automatisch ungefährlich
❗ „Hochvolt“ funktioniert ausschließlich im deutschsprachigen Raum
❗ Hochvolt = Hochspannung = High Voltage!

💥 Beispiele, über die kaum gesprochen wird:
– Elektrisch angetriebene Fahrzeuge, die aus der UNECE R100 ausgenommen sind (z.B.: Fahrzeuge deren Bauartgeschwindigkeit unter 25km/h liegt)
– Anwendungen außerhalb von Straßenfahrzeugen, die nie sauber eingeordnet wurden

👉 Die eigentliche Frage ist doch:
Bewerten wir Spannung, Geschwindigkeit, Fahrzeugklasse – oder bewerten wir Risiko?

💡 Ein möglicher Perspektivwechsel:

Statt zu fragen:
„Ist das Hochvolt?“

Sollten wir fragen:
„Welche Gefährdung geht vom jeweiligen System aus?“

➡️ Elektrisch
➡️ Thermisch
➡️ Mechanisch
➡️ Systemisch

💬 Deine Meinung ist gefragt:
Sollten wir in der Ausbildung stärker risikobasiert denken –
oder brauchen wir feste Spannungsgrenzen? Oder beides?

HV-BEX 💪
We´ve taken the next step for our mission on safety for working on electric vehicles.
Thanks to the European Union Intellectual Property Office, we´ve protected the "HV-BEX" abbreviation, which will be very important for experts working on electric vehicles or batteries 🔋 that aren´t operational safe.
