Gewonnen! - Neues Projekt!
Wir konnten mit unserem Entwurf den Wettbewerb für den Neubau des 4*Superior-Sporthotels "Berghof" in Wagrain in Salzburg gewinnen!
Nächste Woche startet bereits die Planung, bis 2023 soll das Hotel an diesem sensationellen Standort fertiggestellt sein!
Wir freuen uns riesig!

With our design, we won the competition for the new 4 * Superior Sport-Hotel "Berghof" in Wagrain in Austria!
The planning-process starts next week already and the construction is planed to be finished until 2023!
We are very happy!

Under construction!
A new timber-quarter in Graz (AUT) is growing. The construction started in summer 2018, and the first houses will be completed in spring 2019. In sum the quarter "7" in Graz Reininghaus will host ca. 240 Apartments built in ecological and sustainable timber-architecture.

Project Finished!
Salzburg (AUT): General-Keyes-Straße

Urban developement in the city center of Salzburg with new timber apartment buildings between existing buildings of the 1950s eh. US Army residential complex of General-Keyes-Straße. The first phase of the redesign and revitalization has now been handed over to the users!
The planning for the further construction phases has begun.

Viktor Kaplan School
won the Styrian Timber Construction Award 2017!

The aim was to realize a "school with timber", in which the surfaces and the feeling of space through the building material wood are determined and a special atmosphere of the "living space school" is inherent. The compact two-storey extension, which is merely docked to the existing building through a glazed passage, houses nine new classrooms and three all-day school areas. The classrooms can be extended with large-scale sliding elements as learning landscapes to the surrounding community zones, the so-called "marketplaces". The balcony area on the upper floor is designed as an extended learning and leisure area to the outdoors.

The new building was completely planned and manufactured as a timber construction. The load-bearing structure is an optimized mixed construction of CLT walls and ceilings, ribbed ceilings and timber frame Exterior walls. The primary support structure is visible almost everywhere. The simple design language, the deliberate choice of materials and surfaces as well as the open and flexible spatial concept is an instrument such as educational concepts and architecture can intermesh and promote individualized learning. The room takes over its task as "third educator" and the material wood does its part.
