Great Leaders are the ones, who know best!

This is a myth and has little to do with reality. Great leaders look for people, who are better than themselves in certain areas and make sure they are enabled and in the right position. My branding would not look nearly as good, if I had not hired Antje from MACANT to do it. And what a great job she did, don’t you think?

Why Grey?
The colors of Beyond the Base Camp were chosen carefully to symbolize the work and reflect nature's beauty alike. Green, Red and Grey! Though Grey does not have such a general strong symbolic meaning as Red and Green, for me it is the transfer from white to black and symbolizes all what lies between. Just as rocks come in all shades of grey, the development of a human being will always be in transition, never reaching a complete white nor a complete black!

Why red?
The colors of Beyond the Base Camp were chosen carefully to symbolize the work and reflect nature's beauty alike. Green, Red and Grey! Red is the color of courage, passion and joy! It symbolizes the courage to take the next step. And this is, what Beyond the Base Camp is all about: Expanding your comfort zone and discovering what lies beyond YOUR base camp… and if you do something with joy and passion, you will succeed!!!

Why green?
The colors of Beyond the Base Camp were chosen carefully to symbolize the work and reflect nature's beauty alike. Green, Red and Grey! Green is the color of harmony, stability and hope. Though we seek these conditions in our life, they can often not be reached in a business environment. E.g. harmony with each and everyone around you would result in a stand-still and friction is often needed to take us to the next level.
