Use cost-effective 3D-printed mould inserts (e.g. SLA resin such as Formlabs Rigid 10k for up to 100 shots or FDM PC-CF for up to 15 shots) or durable aluminium inlays (Aluminium 7075 for up to 5,000 shots).
- Genuine material testing: Thanks to a maximum processing temperature of up to 350°, you can process not only standard plastics (HDPE, PP, PS, PLA, TPU), but also demanding engineering plastics (PA, PC) and fibre-reinforced compounds (glass fibre/carbon) under real-world conditions.
