1️⃣ Banded or assisted pull-ups - 5 x AMAP. These are not my strong suit (clearly) but really want to get some clean, unassisted reps out by the end of this year 🙈
2️⃣ Wide grip pulldowns ss with reverse grip pulldowns - 10, 8, 8, 6 (of each). No rest between the two exercises, as per video - it is tough.
3️⃣ DB single arm rows - 3 x 8
4️⃣ Seated rows - 3 x 10 superset with
5️⃣ Cable pullovers - 3 x 12
6️⃣ EZ bar curls - 4 x 10 superset with
7️⃣ Straight bar push downs 4 x 10
8️⃣ DB hammer curl - 12, 12, 10, 10 superset with
9️⃣ Tricep rope push down - 12, 12, 10, 10.
