Harvest 2026….. A week ago the last grapes arrived at the w**ery. 🍇 🚜 Compact, concentrated and intense - that’s how this years harvest felt and probably this will also be true for the w**es of this vintage.
Lots of long days, handpicking, full presses, cleaning, some 🍻 and an unconventional bath in the press later we can now rest a bit.
The coffee kept us going the great lunch and dinner kept us nourished and the many bottles of w**e kept us inspired and brought laughter.
At this point we would like to thank our amazing team, occasional helping hands and Lino 🐶 who made this another great harvest & journey which is now in the books.

Weinlese 2026. Zwischenstand, kein Fazit.

Viel Hitze, wenig Regen, das ein oder andere Hagelkorn…es ging heiß her für die Reben im Sommer. Das merkt man jetzt auch bei der Lese: kleinere Beeren, kleinere Mengen, ziemlich viel Konzentration. Es braucht Geschick, Geduld und viele schnelle Hände und Scheren 😅

Ein großer Teil der Trauben hat seinen Weg durch viele helfende Hände in die Presse gefunden.
Ein Teil hängt noch.

Und im Keller beginnt es langsam nach 2026 zu duften & zu schmecken.

Wir dürfen gespannt sein.

Am 25. & 26. April 2026 beim Kamptaler Weinfrühling und am 1. & 2. Mai 2026 bei der Tour de Vin der ÖTW öffnen wir von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr unsere Kellertüren für euch.
Freut euch auf unsere neuen Jahrgänge, besondere Raritäten aus der Vinothek und genussvolle Frühlingsstimmung am Weingut.

Ein besonderes Highlight erwartet euch am Tour de Vin Wochenende, Samstag um 15 Uhr: Bei „Gaisberg Uncorked“ nimmt Senior Chef Erich Haas euch mit auf eine Zeitreise am Gaisberg. Verkostet 10 besondere Jahrgänge unserer Ersten Lage – nur mit Voranmeldung unter [email protected] oder 02735/2232, limitierte Plätze.

Außerdem mit dabei: Wildstueck Gin mit den neuen Sommer-Aperitivos an allen Tagen.
Exklusiv am Tour de Vin Wochenende verwöhnt euch die Caffe Bar Centrale aus Krems mit italienischen Klassikern wie Porchetta, Polpette, Focaccia und Tiramisu – inklusive Veggy-Angebot.
