🔥 TRAINING THE NEXT GENERATION OF DEALMAKERS 🤝🤝🏻

It's a wrap! Last weekend, Karina Ghilea-Trummer and Jonas van Eijk represented AANCM at this year's International Business Mediation Competition.

Karina, serving as an expert assessor, evaluated and mentored the teams on site in Amsterdam, drawing on her years of experience in organizational development and her coaching expertise.

Prior to the competition, Jonas delivered an interactive online presentation in supporting participants in analyzing the overall negotiation process. This dimension is often overlooked in the individual phases of negotiation and mediation, yet it is crucial for success.

We are extremely glad to have such dedicated team members. Together with our strong network, we are making a valuable contribution.

🏆 Congratulations to the three winners of the competition: UNSW (Grand Prize - Overall Champion), University of Vienna (Mediation Advocacy Special Award), and Mediation and Negotiation Society, z.s. (Outstanding Teamwork Special Award). Keep it up!

Two happy faces! 😺 Nothing beats the spirit of an effective team coming together to deliver an exciting, practical workshop.

What the picture doesn't show is the level of coordination, trust, conflict resolution and adaptability that a diverse team like ours must demonstrate behind the scenes to achieve and maintain a high level of collaboration.

This is not a given, and it is not always easy. That is why we are proud of our team and grateful that they offer our participants effective and sustainable negotiation training while setting a good example.

Our core team in action! 🌟

Last week, our core team came together for an intensive session on reviews, strategy, and planning.

These meetings are an important part of our team culture and are always more than just a check-in. We step back to reflect on what works (and what doesn't), question assumptions and agree on next steps.

Every voice in the room contributes to the conversation, from honest discussions to exciting brainstorming sessions. So what's next? We're developing clearer, more purposeful negotiation training. Stay tuned.
