☕ Executive Espresso Vol.2 - AI and Customer Experience in Focus
On October 16, the Continental Citygolf Club once again became the meeting point for leaders in innovation, technology, and business, as United Call Centers hosted the second edition of its own Executive Espresso business breakfast, and once again, it was a full house.
The morning was opened by Richárd Kozma, Managing Director of United Call Centers, who highlighted how technology can complement human expertise to deliver the highest levels of customer experience. This was followed by Balázs Kopcsó, Head of Technology at UCC, showcasing international case studies and real-life examples of AI-driven customer service in action. The event concluded with a thought-provoking roundtable discussion on customer support trends, moderated by Annamaria Ughy (Country Manager, TD SYNNEX), featuring Zsolt Máté Juhász, MBA (CEO, UCC), Adam Mosonyi (Partner, Head of Audit and Risk Advisory Services, RSM Hungary), Zoltán Párkányi and Viktor Túros from Magyar Telekom.
