No two events on our 2026 calendar needed the same bar setup.

From the Austrian and Hungarian Grand Prix to major live shows by Linkin Park, Iron Maiden and System Of A Down, as well as events such as Dominator Festival, Supremacy and Masters of Hardcore, every crowd and every venue comes with different demands.

And the same applies to football: events such as the UEFA Champions League Final and UEFA Super Cup require fast, reliable service at serious scale.

That’s why we built Tedflow around flexibility.

One compact system. Two drinks per machine. Different cup and glass sizes. A setup that can adapt to motorsport, concerts, festivals and major sporting events.

Tedlfow is one system built for very different events.

Which part of your 2027 event is hardest to serve from a single bar setup?

Wiener Kaiser Wiesn still runs on tradition: alpine pastures, marquee tents, the Maßkrug landing on the table with a thud.

What has changed is what happens behind the counter.
10 Tedflow units are live at Vienna’s Oktoberfest, serving Festbier, Hefeweizen, Radler, w**e spritzers, Aperol Spritz, and alcohol-free drinks, all from the same compact system.

Our catering partners are not choosing Tedflow because it looks modern.
They are choosing it because it keeps up: fast pours, minimal bar space, two drinks at a time, and consistent quality, however busy it gets.

The festival experience stays exactly as it should: traditional.
The way the drinks get to the table has changed with the times.

Wiener Kaiser Wiesn runs until October 11th.
Come and grab a drink, or talk to us about your next event.

Most bars need a different setup for every drink and glass size.
Wiener Wiesn cannot afford that, not with guests moving between indoor tents and outdoor pastures all day.

10 Tedflow units are live at Vienna’s Oktoberfest right now, running one compact system across all of it. From traditional one-litre Maßkrug indoors to half-litre glasses and reusable cups, it’s the same machine throughout.

The drinks vary just as much: Festbier, Hefewiezen, Radler, w**e spritzers, Aperol Spritz, and alcohol-free options, all served from the same platform, two drinks at a time.

That’s the point of Tedflow: it adapts to how an event runs, rather than the other way round.

Wiener Kaiser Wiesn runs until October 11th.
Come and see Tedflow pouring live, or talk to us about your next event.

Efficiency was the word we heard most at this year’s EPS Arena Summit.

Every conversation, from operators to fellow exhibitors, circled back to it.

That’s the topic Oliver Schwan (MFF SchankTechnik) addressed in his session on dispensing speed and event-day revenue: Tedflow delivers 4x dispensing capacity, up to 50% more revenue per sales point, 30% lower staffing needs, and less than 1% loss to spillage or foam.

We were on site at stand 9, and this was our third year running at the summit.

That let us meet up with several long-term customers in person, operators already running Tedflow across stadiums and arenas in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, some permanent installs, some mobile.

Stadium, arena, or concert venue, the question is always the same: how fast can you serve without cutting corners?

Three years in, we’ve seen one system answer that question everywhere we’ve deployed it, and now the conversations have evolved beyond the technology to the partnerships that let us keep proving it.

Tedflow is one system for any event.

This Oktoberfest, Tedflow is keeping the b**r and cheer flowing at Wiener Kaiser Wiesn 2026.

Vienna’s largest Oktoberfest runs for 18 days, serving hundreds of thousands of attendees who will fill the Vienna Prater’s marquees, tents, and Alpine-themed huts.

From dirndls and lederhosen to brass bands and toasts, Oktoberfest is about good b**r and good cheer. Crowds turn up to celebrate, not to wait in line.

This year, Tedflow has 10 units at Wiener Kaiser Wiesn to make sure that the b**r and cheer don’t stop for a slow pour.

Wiener Kaiser Wiesn is already in full swing.

Catch us at Kaiserwiese in the Vienna Prater and see Tedflow in action until October 11th.

Queues at break or halftime aren’t just an inconvenience.

For stadium and arena operators, catering and hospitality are one of the biggest revenue lines during matchdays and shows. Every minute a fan spends waiting is a minute they’re not spending.

That’s one of the topics being covered at today’s EPS Arena Summit during the Catering and Hospitality session running from 11:30 to 13:00.

Oliver Schwan (MFF SchankTechnik) is presenting exactly this: how long queues turn into revenue when dispensing and service keep pace. His session will cover how Tedflow offers 4x dispensing capacity, up to 50% more revenue per sales point, 30% lower staffing needs, and less than 1% loss to spillage or foam.

Catch Oliver’s talk and then join us to experience Tedflow at Stand 9 and see it in action for yourself.

Tedflow keeps the drinks and the industry flowing.

Autumn is looking busy for Tedflow.

Over the next few months, we’ll be heading to three events that are all about the future of hospitality, events and beverage service.

First stop: eps ARENA SUMMIT in Frankfurt, 23–24 September.

Then it’s BrauBeviale in Nuremberg, 10–12 November, followed by Future of Festivals in Berlin, 25–26 November.

Three different events, three different audiences, but one thing in common: plenty of people who are thinking about how we can make events and beverage service work better.

We’re looking forward to meeting new people, catching up with familiar faces and, of course, showing Tedflow in action.

See you this autumn!

The margin on drinks is always shrinking, whether it's tax, venue overhead, or staff costs. So knowing your exact stock usage seems like a no-brainer, right?

Despite this, some bars still have no idea how much they poured last Saturday, let alone whether a pump will run dry during a rush.

Most stock decisions are best guesses based on empty kegs and drink sales. But what if you knew exactly when a keg was going to run dry and how much was poured vs lost?

Tedflow was built to automatically log every pour. From litres served and temperature to peak serving windows and waste detection, all in real time.

Try Tedflow and every pour becomes a data point that can save your margin.
