Big companies don’t like changes
Nobody wants your ambitions.

I have one story🧙:
⠀
When I was working as transport manager, there was a task to find new companies to cooperate.
⠀
📄The company has the list with contacts (around 20.000 firms). And you need to find few those who can work for you
⠀
The usual process is next. You take the table in Excel and starts to call to the companies. You say “hello, my name is Pavel, I am from .......do you want to work with us”
⠀
🤯You do it while you are working, so you also have another tasks. And on average, 1 person can call 20 to 50 companies per day.
⠀
The guy who tried to do the best (me), did several days 50 calls each. From these 50 maybe 1-3 person say “ok”, from whom maybe 1 in 3 day stays. So you spend 4-8 hours to find 1 company that agree to work with you.

Convenient? 🤬Not really. I know excel and word very good, and know the functionality. There is an option to send emails to the list of contacts, with special changeable fields, like company name, for example. We also had installed Outlook.

So with the setup of 30 minutes I sent the email with invitation to work with us to 2000 contacts. Then received the answer from 10, who was ready to start cooperation. 5 from them really started.
⠀
💪 30 minutes and 5 contracts. In next one minute I could send it to another 2000 contacts with the same result. In usual way it would take few weeks.

I was waiting for the good words from my boss. Instead, the guy from controlling department asked me for a meeting. And he said that we “don’t work in this way, you need to follow rules”. I was prohibited to do it next time.

👨‍💻To save time and money for the company and to bring new contracts fast and in more convenient way.

💸 What homeless people will do with 1.000.000€?

Is it better to give you 100.000€ or to learn how from 1.000€ you can make 100.000€?

📢 We are so overwhelmed with “successful success”. Everybody sells you “tips”, “tricks”, some “magic pillows”. Buy, buy, buy. And nobody gives value.

We forget how pleasant is to share. If your friend is asking you to help with moving out - you do it with joy, and the bear afterwards with the warm handshake will fill more gratefully than 50€.

🎁 Why we love to give presents, sometimes more than to receive (especially man)? Because it is joy.

I do believe that we need to give value. Also to our clients. Do something differently than your competitors. And win the client. But do it honest, people fill the fake.

🏋️‍♀️ Everything else is work.

To have a habit you need to repeat action 30 times. To quit from bad habit - to leave 30 days without it.

I love challenges. Have you heard that Napoleon once was thirsty. He was sleeping in the tent 🏕 in winter. To get a cup of water he had to walk outside with very low temperature outside.
⠀
👀 Next moment he was thinking about the way he decided not to. Then he realized that if it is because of cold that it is weakness, and he cannot be weak.
⠀
He went outside, came to the wate, he was staying there for 2 minutes and turned back without drinking.
⠀
He showed his character twice, that he cannot be stopped with the cold, and that he can limit himself and do not drink 💧
⠀
💪 In order to show your character - do the action 30 times with no expectation. And after you will end up with a new habit and new skill.

Finished at 27

I always hated studying 📚

In Ukraine I had 5 years of university. And thought that it is done for my life. When I understood that I want to live in Europe - I had to find the way to go there. And come for another degree was the fastest way.

🚀 I started to search for universities with the degree related to International Business (as I wanted to do business later)

The short list contained 5 universities in different countries: Italy, Austria, Portugal and Germany.

✳️ the interesting part was that education in Europe was cheaper than in Ukraine. Starting from 0€ for semester to 1000€.

It was long process of documents preparation, I also did the training for English language, gathered recommendations about my “so interesting personality”, and wrote motivation letters

✉️ When everything was ready - I applied to all 5 universities and started to wait.

In around one month the firs answer came to me. It was so thrilling to open it. I was accepted.

✅ Then all 5 Universities accepted me for studying

I decided to choose Austria, the program was in top 5 business degrees in Austria.

And then started next stage of long preparation of documents for Visum. And snowboard for mountain nearby))

Haw to quit job as a king
F**k them or they will f**k you.

🎣 For the big companies you are just an asset, don’t thing about the company as about the person. Company will always to try achieve goals and pay less. We do the same in business - costs optimization.

It is the question of fairness, if you need to receive maximum or if you want to go low as always, be polite and receive nothing.

I believe that you worth more than you was paid. So how we can get what we deserve?

1️⃣ Company should dismiss you, not you need to quit. The drawback - you need to do something bad, and it can be written in your history. I don’t recommend it

1️⃣ What I so recommend is to make an agreement. It is the correct first point.

2️⃣ When person want to quit it makes the atmosphere in the company very bad. It can be toxic, and it can influence others to quit also. So for a company it is always better to dismiss the person as soon as possible.

3️⃣ You need to show to the company that you are not satisfied and that you can be dangerous for changing the mood in all company.

4️⃣ Ask for a promotion. With very high salary, that you know for sure that it is impossible. You will be dismissed of paid insane.

5️⃣ Remember your rights. You can tell in advance that you want to quit and then you have time to find new job or to make a business (in working time). If they ask to quit earlier and sign the papers - don’t do it.

6️⃣ Make an agreement. Tell that you can leave quietly if they pay you 2 or 3 month salary. Be confident. It takes few minutes of courage to better sleep for few month.

One year vocation with money on your account. Impossible?

💸 I did it.

End the most interesting, you can do everything while receiving the money:
🏖 go on vocation
🏠 do nothing
🔎 search for another job
💶💶💶 or open the business

1️⃣ you need to quit correctly. You can have up to 3 month paid if you will do it in a right way.

2️⃣ apply to the labor exchange. It will give you 6 month with around 60-70% of your salary.

3️⃣ apply for business education from the government. It prolongs previous 6 months to 6 more

✅ In total it can be up to 15 month of receiving the help from government and starting your business.

Not everyone can be entrepreneur.

😀 Sometimes it is much easier to work for a company, be confident that every month you will have salary, and maybe a bonus.
⠀
A lot of people are leaving like this and they are happy. I was one of them. I know exactly how it feels.
⠀
😕 From another side, you have no freedom, only mirage that you can make decisions. You cannot multiply your salary each year, you always listen to your boss.
⠀
It is always the question: „why not to work for a company?“
⠀
1️⃣ No guarantees, in any moment they can throw you away
2️⃣ Can you earn x2 per year?
3️⃣ Are your tasks very interesting?
4️⃣ Boss is always right
5️⃣ You have only 2 days for a life, when you need to rest, clean, buy food, what is left?
6️⃣ Do you follow your dream?

We are trying to lie to ourselves that “everything is fine”. It isn’t! Think about it!

Don afraid of risk. If you do the same safe things as always, you will receive the same low results.

🤑 do something differently. Try to earn more. Implement new actions.
⠀
It will be risky. You can invest 100€ and get 0 result. Or you can inverts the same 100€ and receive +1000€ in sales.
⠀
🚀You never know before you try.
⠀
Of course don’t invest all your income, diversification is the right way. Think, think, research, learn and than try!

Be patient!
⠀
We used to rush all the time. We need fast results and fast joy.
⠀
⏳ we forget that the most pleasant result comes from long term actions. When you train one month or is much better than cup coffee now.
⠀
The same is with business. Yes we do need results now, actually already yesterday. And we do actions only for short-term perspective.
⠀
🏃try to run marathon and not sprint. Do actions to receive the result in 1 year, bu do them regularly.
⠀
And you will se how your results multiplies whe you have just a bit of patient.
