For our Austrian followers: Don't forgt the obligation to use winter tires!
During the period November 1 to April 15, cars and trucks with a maximum permissible total weight of up to 3.5 t may only be put into operation if winter tires are attached to all wheels.

In order to improve your driving skills for upcoming winter conditions, behind-the-wheel driver training facilities are offering courses for all kind of vehicles.

Summer holidays - the risk on the streets:

Nothing ruins an otherwise perfect day like getting stuck in a traffic jam. By planning your journey ahead, however, you can avoid most congestion. There are also a number of technological tools that can help you skirt traffic issues, even in real time.

With a little planning and careful driving, you'll reach your destination without raising your blood pressure.
