And that’s a wrap on another Annual Retail Managers Conference! 🙌

This year, our incredible retail management team headed to Liverpool for four days of team building, collaboration, reflection and planning for the year ahead.

We covered everything from our goals and budgets to upcoming projects, new ideas, retail strategy, and what’s next for Wild Republic Retail. It was a brilliant opportunity to share ideas, challenge each other, and work together on shaping an exciting year ahead.

We were also lucky to welcome Rupert Pick, Co-Founder of Hot Pickle, who joined us for a morning to share his experiences and insights with the team. It was a fantastic and inspiring session.

A huge thank you to everyone who brought their energy, ideas, passion, and positivity to the four days. It’s always great to see what we can achieve when we come together as a team.

Since September 2025, Wild Republic Retail has been working alongside The Peak District National Park Authority (PDNPA) as its retail consultancy partner.

Working closely with the Authority, we are supporting retail growth across its National Park Centres through product selection, sales and margin analysis, supplier and range rationalisation, visual merchandising support, and the development of exclusive product ranges.

The PDNPA operates retail outlets within their National Park Centres in Castleton and Bakewell, alongside retail offers at their Bike Hire Centres (Ashbourne, Derwent and Parsley Hay) and North-Lees Campsite.

We would like to thank the PDNPA team for their outstanding support throughout the onboarding process and look forward to continuing this successful partnership over the next two and a half years.

We’ve recently completed a consultancy project with Northumberland Zoo.

Our work included the shopfit and installation, alongside a full product range review to help optimise the retail space and enhance the overall visitor shopping experience.

A big thank you to the team on site at Northumberland Zoo, their support throughout the project was fantastic and made the whole process run smoothly.

We’re delighted to announce the first-ever placement of a Wild Republic Rescue Vehicle at Frankfurt Zoo! 🚑
This project is a great example of global collaboration, bringing a creative retail experience to life and creating something special for visitors to discover.
