Magenta Telekom's HR transformation is a success story worth telling. And we can't wait to share it.

We recently visited Magenta to capture the story behind our joint project, HCM Way Forward. This initiative marks a significant step forward in the HR landscape, encompassing the transformation from SAP R/3 to SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA, as well as the integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central.

In the coming weeks, we'll share the full story, including insights into the project journey and the experiences of the people who made it happen.

Our Company Alignment at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg delivered everything that makes a team day memorable: speed, challenges, and lots of laughter. Kart racing, pit stop games, and friendly competitions sparked energy and genuine team spirit.
Away from our usual routines, we enjoyed the chance to connect and have a great time together. Thank you to everyone who was part of it!
