As a coloranalyst and stylist for 12+ years here's what I learned: Being a grown women does not mean dressing save or boring, it means dressing intentional and showing the world who you are. With knowing what suits you, comes style. With style comes confidence and identity. With identity comes purpose. And if you know your purpose nothing can stop you from building your dream life 💖

I'm that kind of coloranalyst that tells you to wear whatever you like. Knowing your colors helps a lot and definitely will let you shine. But I'm also a stylist and think that fashion should most importantly be fun! And if I find a really cool top in black, I'll wear it. Coloranalysis helps me to style it in a way that still suits me. And also never underestimate the power of the right makeup, jewelry or your hair 💖

I know it sounds shallow at first. But that's exactly what helped me when I was an exhausted burnt out mom.

I started with fixing my looks. And by that I don't mean any beauty treatments. As a stylist and coloranalyst for over 12 years, I remembered that it's important not to only help others to look great, but myself. I started wearing my colorpalette again and dressed not only practical, but stylish. Having a lot on my plate every day I now am using color intentionally. Colorpsychology helps me so much, depending on what I need that day.

After going through my transformation on the outside, I was ready to change and grow inside.

That's exactly what I do with my clients in my coaching program. First we focus on color and looks. It gives you confidence and leads you to your true self. Knowing that, we work on your identity and purpose, before you start designing your dream life. ✨️

If you want to know more about my coaching program and are interested in 'The Bloom Method', comment 'ME' and I'll reach out to you for free 💖

As a stage 4 cancer survivor and mom of 2 I learned the hard way how important it is to take care of myself. But there are times I still need to be reminded of it. Because taking care of everyone around you as the eldest daughter is something you learn from a very early stage on and it's so hard to unlearn old patterns.
The truth is I'm really good at noticibg what everyone else needs: my kids, my husband, my clients, everyone around me. But for years I was completely blind to one person: myself.
Eldest daughters don't break the patterns by trying harder and doing more. We've been doing that our whole life.
We break it by softening, allowing ourselves to be vulberable, to ask for help and to create a life that feels light. ✨️

It took cancer and mom-burnout to teach me that, it shouldn't take that for you.

So if you're a woman who carries everyone and quietly forgets herself: I see you, I care for you and I built something for you! 💖

Follow along for content that helps you come back to yourself. ✨️
And if you're ready to actually do the work, comment "ME" and I'll tell you about my program. 💖

As an eldest daughter I'm used to hold all together and do everything on my own. So learning how to let my partner support me, how to ask for help, forget perfectionism and allow myself to build an easy and beautiful life, was a whole process.

If you're an eldest daughter and this resonated with you, follow along 💖

I thought for so long, that moms just do it all. And they do it alone. The household, the mental load, being present with the kids, working and living a fullfilled relationship. So when I started noticing that I can't do it, I pushed myself even more and forced me to work harder, sleep less and not complain about it.
Then burnout hit and reminded me that I've already been at this point in my life once. It forced me to look deeper and rethink everything and how I want to show up as a mother and woman.
I stopped forcing myself to handle everything alone, but even more important: I finally realized that I had everything I needed to become better in me. I just needed to find a way to live my dream live without adding more to my plate.

To now be at this point, where I'm not only living my best and lightest life, but helping women do the same, is still incredible and makes me so thankful 💖

Sometimes talking to people was even more exhausting than the treatments...

And I know that it's hard to gind the right words and we don't learn how to treat this situations. But when you're unsure what to say, better don't say anything. Sometimes a hug, flowers or even just a smile say more than words can ever do 💖

For years I thought I'm not qualified enough and I don't have all the answers. Who am I to guide other women?
But these 5 things helped me to overcome imposter syndrome:

1. I wrote down all the qualifications I have. Not only professionally but also what I learned in therapy, from cancer, motherhood and all the years working with women. It helped me see that I have so much more experience than I thought. And also, who has all the answers?

2. I started dressing as the woman I am and want to be. I stopped carrying about other people's opinion or if I was overdressed in their eyes. I'm now dressing for me and the women I want to attract in my life.

3. I got a mentor. For a long time I didn't want to spend time or money on "someone like that". I thought I don't need her and will figure everything out on my own. Today I wish I had hired her sooner, because she helped me so much and my life got so much better, easier and clearer.

4. I started using colors intentionally. It changed not only how I feel, but also how I look and show up.

5. I stopped waiting to feel ready. Because you don't move, when you feel ready. You feel ready BECAUSE you moved.

Imposter syndrom was never something bad. It's just proof that I care. But really helping others with my expertise is even better and I'm so glad I had the courage to go for it 💖

If you have a voice in your head constantly telling you, that you aren't ready, save this to remind yourself that you are! ✨️
