A big thank you to Thomas Masters from TM Pro Plumbing for the thoughtful recommendation and kind words.

Working with Thomas was a great example of what happens when a business already has strong systems and genuinely cares about the quality of its work — it simply becomes about uncovering and communicating that value properly.

One thing I really respected throughout the process was Thomas’s openness to digging deeper into how TM Pro Plumbing actually operates day to day.
