Recently ShredEm had the pleasure of joining Kinda and Stuart at their Open Garden weekend. ShredEm were delighted to talk to many people, telling them about the wonderful business run by Emily. Kinda and Stuart use ShredEm's shredded paper in their garden for composting and in their worm farm. Worm juice is then used to feed the plants. Shredded paper is awesome!!! Well done Emily, and a big thanks to Kinda and Stuart for having us.

Emily, the business owner of Shred Em Recycling, has a passion for shredding paper, animal welfare and being environmentally friendly.

Shred Em Recycling collects your unwanted paper and strip-shreds to .5cm width. Micro shredding is also an option.

Shred EM also sells shredded paper for a range of uses, such as
garden mulch, large rubbish bin lining and animal bedding. In addition, Shred Em Recycling wants to give back to the community and donates shredded paper to the Adelaide Zoo, RSPCA and Monarto Safari Park.

Good for the environment, Good for the animals and Good for you!

Costs
Shredding of paper
Regular collection can occur weekly, fortnightly or monthly, or occasionally, depending on your needs.

60 litre bin $30
30 litre bin $15
Occasionally or ‘one off’ collection (min 10kgs) $1.50 per kg

You can contact Shred EM Recycling whenever you need shredding or as a regular customer. Shred EM can leave a labelled green bin at your premises for you to store the paper in. The bin can be collected as regularly as you need. At the Shred EM Recycling office, all paper is stored in a secure, locked storage container until shredded.

$7.50 per bag

You can contact Shred EM Recycling whenever you need shredded paper and we will be happy to deliver.

Collection / Delivery cost
A $10 collection/delivery fee is charged if delivery is beyond 5kms of Pasadena.

ShredEm would like to give The Magill Grainstore a huge shout out!! Thankyou for all the empty grain bags you gave us today. What a great way to re-use the bags. ShredEm will fill them with paper, and pass the full bags onto places including Adelaide and Monarto Zoo, RSPCA and community gardens.

ShredEm had a great time visiting Holdfast Bay Community Centre Garden. We learned all about worm farms. The worms love the shredded paper. They use it to keep warm and also as a food source. Worm juice made by the worm farm is a fantastic fertilizer for the garden. Thanks for having us.

ShredEm recently had the pleasure of providing shredded paper to a live show in the Dream Big Festival - "Fluffy". Reports are the kids had a great time with 200kg of swirling shredded paper.
