This morning in Australia we all woke up to yet another tough-news day.
Coronavirus numbers continue to rise in Victoria and Sydney, now also in suburbs and cities that were last week considered 'Covid-free' and we are in mourning with Lebanon, seeing those horrendous images from an explosion in Beirut.

We had a pre-scheduled Evolve team meeting this morning and at the end of the meeting, our Director Josephine took a few moments to check in with everyone - deliberately asking 'Are you doing ok today?' and for a few minutes, we shared, and felt that bit less isolated and so much more understood. And we didn't even have a KitKat to do it! ;-)
