We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible journey of this dedicated group from Belberry Limited and Youth Opportunities. Over the past 9 weeks, they've been on an inspiring journey, honing their personal leadership skills and setting themselves up for success.

In this workshop, they dove deep into strategies for setting and achieving meaningful goals.💪 It's been an amazing ride of self-discovery, empowerment, and goal setting. 🌱

The session was led by our amazing facilitator Pasha Shoghi, who offered attendees a variety of practical tools from setting inspiring goals to building the framework and motivation to chase them in both their personal and professional lives.

Last week, our Generation Thrive team had the privilege of hosting an insightful webinar for Western Australia’s public sector employees as part of the Leadership Conversation series organised by the .

Our trainers, Pasha Shoghi and Elliot Bell, guided participants through the concept of locus of control, providing practical strategies to help unlock their leadership potential and manage their responses in both professional and personal settings.

Participants learned how to:

✅ Distinguish between things we can and cannot control
✅ Manage our reactions to uncontrollable situations
✅ Gain a deeper understanding of locus of control and how to positively impact our lives, both personally and professionally

We recently had the pleasure of delivering our "Personal Leadership - Identifying Your Drive and Motivation for Success" masterclass to the incredible students and staff at University.

In this 2-hour session, we explored essential strategies for goal planning and self-management, helping participants to:

On Tuesday, the incredible team at Kwpx Agency took a step further in their journey of growth and well-being by participating in our "Decide to be Happy" workshop.🌟

KWPX isn't just a workplace – it's a community. Nestled in the iconic old cinemas on Rundle Street, KWPX blends old-fashioned values with modern innovation, truly investing in their team's happiness and success.

Currently, our Generation Thrive Apprenticeship Development Program is in full swing, empowering 18 first-year apprentices on their journey to success. This program, conducted alongside the GFG Alliance career-based Pipeline Program, is meticulously designed to equip apprentices with the skills they need to thrive as valuable workforce members and active community contributors.

The program focuses on soft skill development including:
