I didn’t create From Lost to Empowered because I had it all figured out.
I created it because I didn’t.
Because I wasn’t okay.

I’ve cried on the bathroom floor.
I’ve laid in bed numb, tears soaking into the pillow, wondering how I’d make it through another day.
I wasn’t living I was surviving.

Back then, I didn’t need someone to fix me.
I needed someone to see me.
To remind me who I was.
To tell me it’s okay to feel broken and still believe in my power to rebuild.

But I couldn’t find that space… so I built it.

From Lost to Empowered: The 12-Step Formula Every Single Mum Needs to Reclaim Her Identity and Inner Peace
isn’t just a coaching program.

It’s the support I desperately needed when I was drowning in guilt, exhaustion, and self-doubt.
It’s a space where your struggles are valid, your growth is celebrated, and your peace becomes a priority.

If you’re ready to reset, realign, and finally feel like yourself again you belong here.

💫 Your journey back to you starts now.

When was the last time you checked in with you?

Not the to-do list. Not the laundry. Not everyone else’s needs just you.

This week’s been a mixed bag a few highs, a few lows, but overall I’d say I’m sitting at about a 5 on the overwhelm scale.
Not completely calm, but not drowning either. Just navigating it day by day, like many of us are.

So I want to ask you too
On a scale of 1–10, how overwhelmed are you feeling this week?
There’s no right or wrong number. Just awareness. Just honesty.

Sometimes naming how we feel is the first step to shifting it. And no matter your number, you’re not alone in it 🖤
Drop yours below if you feel safe to share this is a no-judgment zone xx

✨PS: I’m creating a space just for us for the women doing it all, feeling stretched thin, and craving real connection after the day is done. It’s launching soon, and I can’t wait to invite you in 💫

3 things keeping you stuck (and silently disconnecting you from who you really are).

1. You keep prioritising everything and everyone but yourself.

2. You think being burnt out is just part of motherhood.

3. You’re scared to ask for help because it feels like failure.

Here’s the truth:
None of this is your fault.
You’re not broken. You’re not failing.
You were never meant to do this alone.

You’ve been in survival mode for so long that reconnecting with yourself feels unfamiliar but it’s possible.
You can rebuild. You can reset. You can feel like you again.

✨ If this hit home, I want to invite you to something gentle but powerful:
A FREE Clarity Call just you and me. A safe space to explore what’s keeping you stuck, and how to shift out of burnout and back into alignment with you.

No pressure. No perfection. Just support.
You don’t have to figure it out alone anymore.

What makes you feel powerful as a mum? 💫

For me, it wasn’t about having it all together,
It was finally letting go of what wasn’t serving me.
Releasing the pressure to be perfect.
Choosing me again.

I felt powerful when I started doing what lit me up,
when I allowed myself to dream again,
and when I stopped feeling guilty for wanting more than just survival.

Feeling powerful isn’t selfish
it’s how we reclaim our confidence,
take back control,
and remember that we are more than just mothers
we are women with purpose, passion, and strength.

So I’m asking you
What makes you feel powerful as a mum?
Drop it in the comments and let’s remind each other of our magic. 💛

“Only one person came… and it taught me everything I needed to know about purpose, pressure, and showing up messy.”

I could’ve hidden this.
I could’ve pretended the masterclass didn’t happen.
But the truth is it did. And it was powerful in its own way.

Yes, there were technical issues.
Yes, I was running late.
And yes, only a close friend showed up.

But here’s what I realised…
👉 You don’t have to be perfect to make an impact.
👉 You don’t need a packed room to deliver purpose.
👉 We’re all learning, growing, and fumbling forward and that’s okay.

I showed up. I delivered the message I believe in.
And even though it didn’t go “perfectly”
I’m proud.

Because so many of us wait until we feel “ready” until it looks polished. But motherhood, purpose, healing, and growth? They’re messy. They’re real.
And the more we embrace the imperfections, the more powerful we become.

So here’s what I want every mother to know:
You don’t have to have it all together.
You don’t have to be 10 steps ahead.
You just have to show up as you.

That’s enough. That’s powerful. That’s real.
And that’s exactly what INABAW stands for because it’s not all black and white 🤍

Just because I carry it well… doesn’t mean it’s not heavy.

I was always told:
“You’re so strong.”

And I’d always reply:
“Because I had no choice.”

I had to take care of my household.
I had to keep going.
I had to survive for my kids and for myself.

But here’s what I’ve learned…
Strength isn’t just about pushing through.
It’s about recognising when you’re carrying too much.

It’s about knowing when to rest, when to say no, and when to ask for help.

That’s the heart of INABAW (It’s Not All Black and White).
A space where single mums, like me, like you can choose peace over perfection.
A space where surviving turns into thriving.

You don’t have to prove anything to anyone.
You deserve more than just getting by. 💛

Just because you’ve been holding it all together… doesn’t mean you have to hold it all in.
Read that again. 👏🏽💫

“I didn’t lose myself all at once, it happened quietly, while I was busy holding it all together. But I’m finding her again. And she’s stronger than ever.”

Some of us don’t even realise how much we’ve drifted from ourselves until one day, we look in the mirror and wonder… Where did I go?

At Inabaw, we’re all about helping mums like you come back to yourself not the woman you were before motherhood, but the woman you’re becoming because of it.

You haven’t failed you’ve just been surviving. And now it’s your time to feel whole again.

“They say it takes a village to raise a child…”
Well then, where’s my damn village?
Because last I checked, I was the village.

I’m the one packing the lunches, wiping the tears, making the money, doing the bedtimes, paying the bills, holding the guilt, managing the meltdowns and still expected to smile through it all.

So if you’ve ever thought:
👉 “Why am I so behind?”
👉 “Why does this feel so hard for me?”
👉 “Why do other mums seem to be coping better?”
Let me tell you something that might just change the way you speak to yourself:

✨ You are not failing. You are functioning without a village.
And that’s a level of strength most people will never understand.

This isn’t about not being strong enough, this is about carrying too much without being carried. This is about doing everything, when this was never meant to be a one-woman job.

So please, hear this with love:
• You’re allowed to be tired.
• You’re allowed to ask for help.
• You’re allowed to put the cape down and just be a human.

At Inabaw, we see you. We are you.
This space was built for the women who are holding it all and wondering if they’re the only ones falling apart behind closed doors.
You’re not. You’re just doing the impossible daily.

To all the mums doing it solo, if you’ve ever stared at the wall for 10 minutes instead of folding laundry… this post is for you.”

Single mums, let’s get one thing straight,
You’re not lazy.
You’re not unmotivated.
You’re not failing.

You are running a household, raising children, making endless decisions, possibly working, and still expected to “take care of yourself” like that’s just a quick thing you slot in between cleaning up spilled juice and managing bedtime meltdowns.

🧠 Here’s what’s actually happening:
When your brain is in survival mode, it’s not wired for goal-setting, self-care routines, or staying “motivated.”
It’s wired to get through the next hour.

Let’s break it down:

📌 You’re not procrastinating, you’re fatigued.
📌 You’re not unorganised, you’re unsupported.
📌 You’re not broken, you’re burnt out.

If this is hitting home, know this: the answer isn’t to do more, it’s to receive more support.

💬 Comment “ME” if you’ve ever called yourself lazy or unmotivated, let’s start rewriting that story.

Shoutout to the single mums who are out here raising tiny humans, chasing purpose, and wondering if losing the TV remote counts as cardio. 💪😂⁣

You’re not just keeping it together, you’re growing, healing, and doing your absolute best with what you’ve got. And that’s more than enough.⁣

You might feel invisible sometimes, but your strength is loud.⁣

🫶 This is your reminder: It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to laugh at the chaos. And it’s okay to ask for help. You weren’t meant to do this all alone.⁣

✨ You’re doing better than you think.⁣

Ever felt like you’re running on empty but still expected to carry the whole world on your shoulders?

Being a single mum isn’t just one role, it’s every role. The cleaner. The cook. The emotional support. The breadwinner.
And still, you show up. 💪

But just because you can do it all… doesn’t mean you should have to. You deserve support. You deserve rest. You deserve peace.

✨ INABAW (It’s Not All Black and White) is here to remind you that you’re not alone and there’s power in rewriting your story.
