It has taken time to get where I am - Personally and Professionally.
I have gone off the beaten track, side roads, back roads, and everything in between, and I wouldn't change a thing!
This industry is forever changing and so are we.

I have been in the industry for 20+ years, within this time I have trained/mentored instructors, cleaned, managed, worked in the creche, customer service, sales, co-ordinated, taught freestyle aerobics,
Les Mills +others, personal training & manages a Recreation Center for Local Government.

I have been strong, fragile, made mistakes, and everything in between...

I now run my beautiful 'boutique style' business in a country town within SA in company with my coaching business.
I have very nearly given up but have always had a foot in the door or been called back to the industry because this is what I know,
I understand, it is my experience, my past, and my future.

My coaching is personal, professional, and understanding.
Only 2 coaching clients at a time to give you the space and time you need.
One-on-one via Zoom (or similar).
