Every bit as compelling as Liv Golf, URPS hosted more than 50 clients and industry partners at the inaugural Masters held at Kooyonga Golf Club in December.

This was a great opportunity to play some competitive stableford-points golf, share some stories and enjoy some great wine generously provided our good friends at / Andrew Tierney

The quality of play was varied, as was the quality of attire. You be the judge as to who was best dressed.

Golf is a place where one’s character is always on show – the ultimate leveller. Well done to Samaras Construction’s Russell Biar who came home strong to take first prize, kindly supplied by JLL.

May this weekend’s LIV Golf excitement in Adelaide inspire you to start practising for the next URPS Masters.

Matthew King and Chelsea Jurek led the consultant team, earning approval for a 10-storey mixed use development at SCAP on behalf of

We did this by:

• Listening and carefully responding to concerns expressed by authorities and the community
• Carefully re-working the design appraoch with the project Architect,
• Not compromising height or yield
• Overcoming Council objection
• Winning over the Government Architect
• Sealing the deal with a compelling presentation to SCAP

We look forward to finally seeing some activity on this prominent site on Adelaide’s fringe.

URPS is thrilled to be supporting the $320.8 million new Mount Barker Hospital redevelopment for the Department of Health and wellbeing and Wellbeing and the Department for Infrastructure and Transport.

The new state-of-the art hospital will help support a growing community and provide:

- South Australia’s first all-electric hospital.
- 102 beds within a new five level clinical building.
- An expanded range of whole of life health services, operating theatres, and a new 12-bed mental health unit.
- 649 car parking spaces, including a multi-level car park.
- Communal spaces including a central courtyard and retention of the existing Duck Flat Community Garden.

We’re excited to see the lodgement of the project with URPS providing development facilitation, strategic guidance, and engagement support to a talented project team.

Well done to and on the buildings attractive design.
