Crafted from handpicked grapes from the 2022 vintage, this Shiraz brings together careful fruit selection and an expressive approach to w**emaking. Carbonic maceration was used to enhance fruit aromatics and reveal layers of berry character, contributing to the w**e’s balance and complexity.

Made without the addition of water, the w**e retains the concentration of its grape juice, with the fruit’s naturally occurring sugars yielding an alcohol level above 15% through fermentation. The result is a generous, full-bodied expression of McLaren Vale Shiraz, shaped by ripe fruit and a commitment to preserving its character from vineyard to bottle.
