The Health Professionals Award has changed. Have you actually reclassified your team? 👀

From 1 October, the classification structure for health professionals covered by the Award has changed.
And this isn't simply a case of checking whether everyone is paid enough.

Clinics need to understand where employees sit within the new classification structure, including the distinction between Level 1 clinicians and employees performing senior clinical, specialist, supervisory, education, leadership or management responsibilities.

For some clinics, that's straightforward.

For others, particularly those with Clinical Leads, Team Leaders, Senior Clinicians and Clinic Managers, it's much less obvious.

That's why we've created the Health Professionals Award Classification Plug-In.
