Placement: Product & Solutions Designer at 🚀

Another incredible placement with the team at PixelForce, bringing on a Product & Solutions Designer to bridge the gap between client vision and buildable reality.

This role is at the heart of how PixelForce delivers, owning the full scoping and design lifecycle. It’s a position that requires strong commercial thinking, technical literacy and the ability to guide clients toward the right product decisions, not just the requested ones.

What stood out in this process was finding someone who could balance strategy with ex*****on, confidently lead client conversations, and operate across multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of output.

Not every team session needs a whiteboard 🌸

Last month we joined the team for their quarterly catch-up, swapping strategy sessions for flower arranging, good food and a chance to properly connect.

It was relaxed, creative and exactly what the team needed.

We talk a lot about high performance, but this is part of it too.
Teams that connect well, work well.

One of the best parts of what we do is being truly embedded with our clients, showing up for the big moments and the small ones.

And yes… we’ve now added “flower arranging” to our skillset.
