This role is at the heart of how PixelForce delivers, owning the full scoping and design lifecycle. It’s a position that requires strong commercial thinking, technical literacy and the ability to guide clients toward the right product decisions, not just the requested ones.

Last month we joined the team for their quarterly catch-up, swapping strategy sessions for flower arranging, good food and a chance to properly connect.

It was relaxed, creative and exactly what the team needed.

We talk a lot about high performance, but this is part of it too.
Teams that connect well, work well.

One of the best parts of what we do is being truly embedded with our clients, showing up for the big moments and the small ones.
