We have some incredible dark mallee drought honey, full of flavour and healthy qualities, limited stocks of local Hallett Cove honey, honey comb rounds and everyone's favourites... our flavoured honey... chai, chocolate, star anise and chilli!

Wow! Just finished extracting some amazing Mallee honey... and this year things are different! Not quite as much to extract this time but what we got was incredible. A very dark, almost black honey. I decided to find out why it was so dark this year. Creation and nature coming together to make something special...here's the fascinating reason:

Happy New Year. Here's to 2026 and a huge thankyou to everyone who supports us. This will be an interesting year with the continuing march of varroa mite across eastern Australia and now our state, we wait and see what the future holds. We love producing chemical free raw SA honey and will continue to do so as long as we can.
