The occurrence of the global pandemic has been a wake-up call for everyone. The reality is, no one was prepared to handle the challenges that came along with COVID-19. However, a culture of resiliency would’ve allowed organisations to thrive despite the pandemic.

Leaders who have built a culture of resilience may have found it easier to tread through 2020 compared to those who have not thought very far.

2020 has indeed become a whirlwind of twists and uncertainties. As we wrap up this year and look forward to another, we want to express our sincerest gratitude to all business leaders, entrepreneurs, HR professionals and decision-makers who joined us in our movement.

Whilst it’s true that our Leadership Programs at The People Shift came about because of the COVID crisis, we are grateful for the opportunity to be able to support you as you lead your teams and organisations through change.
