I have met a few celebrities throughout my life, however there is one encounter I rarely talk about.

Not because it was exciting.

Because it completely overwhelmed me.

My nervous system was all over the place. My assumptions about confidence were challenged. And I walked away with one of the most important lessons I’ve ever learned about how confident people actually move through the world.

What surprised me most wasn’t status, success, or fame.

It was presence.
