Happy new year! Not so happy for those in the northern/hills suburbs of Adelaide at the moment. Top Type transcribed a huge number of interviews last year with bushfire victims from the early 2014 bushfires in SA. Let's hope the residents have their bushfire plans in order and check the CFS website and pages. Houses can be replaced, not so lives. :(

Happy Friday! Just thought I'd share a little story with you. Had a call on the weekend from an ex-client, his daughter took over his report typing, then she got sick of it, another lady took over. He found out late last week, when chasing a report, that she had committed su***de!!! It's the sort of situation where you don't know whether to laugh or cry...
