SYNERGY CONSTRUCT is pleased to announce the achievement of Practical Completion at Little National Hotel Adelaide.

Commencing construction in September 2024 and reaching completion in August 2026, the project was delivered three months ahead of contract program, an outstanding achievement for a development of this scale and complexity.

The completed hotel features 237 guestrooms, including two penthouses, a grand lobby, a rooftop bar with panoramic views of Adelaide, and bespoke finishes throughout. Every element has been delivered with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving the highest standard of quality.

This milestone reflects the dedication, expertise and collaboration of everyone involved in bringing the project to life. We extend our sincere thanks to Doma Group for their trust and partnership throughout the delivery of the project, and to the consultants, subcontractors and our project teams whose commitment and craftsmanship have helped make this outcome possible.

We are immensely proud to have helped shape another landmark addition to Adelaide’s skyline and look forward to seeing Little National Hotel Adelaide come to life as guests discover this remarkable new destination in the heart of the city.

History meets the future at 88 North Terrace.

Since breaking ground in April this year, the team at SYNERGY CONSTRUCT has been making significant progress on site at 88 North Terrace.

Set to rise 31 storeys, this development will deliver 979 purpose-built student accommodation beds alongside premium student amenities, creating a vibrant new destination for students from around the world. Featuring a 24/7 gym, yoga and wellness studio, cinema, media room, study zones, and a public piazza connecting back to North Terrace.

Key milestones achieved to date include:
- April – Bulk earthworks and site remediation
- May – Piling and substructure
- June – Tower crane erected
- July - Three jumpform systems installed across the stair and lift cores
- August – Lower slab-on-ground completed
- September - two satellite concrete boom pumps commissioned on site

What makes this project truly unique is the integration of new development with heritage restoration. Alongside the tower's construction, Trinity Church (1838), the Parish Hall and Delbridge House are being carefully restored and enhanced with new amenity, further ensuring Adelaide's history remains part of its future.

Franklin Tower is rising

The first of two tower cranes has now been erected at Franklin Tower, 108 Franklin Street, a huge milestone and a clear sign that things are moving up from here.

Big effort from the team to get this critical piece in place, safely and efficiently. Stay tuned as Franklin Tower continues to take shape.

Y Suites on Frome - Project Update

Strong momentum on site at 188 Grenfell Street as structure, façade, and fitout advance in seamless sequence. The team are having another busy day on site with the Level 10 slab pour; this will take the build beyond the one-third mark, with the core already progressing ahead to Levels 13–14.

Perimeter screens have lifted to reveal the first window wall panels, including the bronze feature corner, while internal works are now underway with prefabricated bathroom pods being installed across accommodation floors.

The introduction of prefabricated pods is already delivering intended program efficiencies, accelerating installation, improving quality and safety, and reducing on-site congestion.

A strong result so far and a testament to the hard work and coordination of the project team, our trades, consultants, and delivery partners.

Project Announcement - Franklin Tower

We are excited to announce our next high-rise project at 108 Franklin Street, Adelaide.

We were proud to mark an exciting milestone this week as we took part in the traditional sod-turning ceremony for Franklin Tower. This significant event symbolises the official commencement of construction, celebrating the transition from vision to reality and setting the foundation for a transformative addition to the city’s skyline.

Spanning an impressive 2,200m² site, this landmark two-tower development will feature a 24-storey apartment building with 227 residences, ground-floor retail, and integrated parking, alongside a 25-storey student accommodation tower offering 572 rooms and premium communal amenities. Rising to 85.5 metres with a total GFA of 43,092m², the project will make a significant contribution to the skyline of Adelaide’s C*D, as well as the lifestyles of future residents and students.

Following the successful delivery of Victoria Tower Adelaide, we are grateful to once again partner with Auta Group in bringing their vision to life.
