Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled site visits to clients with TTS maintenance contracts.
Install, configure and upgrade servers including MS Exchange, Terminal Services, SQL server etc.
Install, configure and upgrade workstations.
Install, configure and upgrade comms equipment including wireless devices.
Install and configure network and stand alone printers.
Install, configure and maintain Avaya and Shoretel phone systems.
Install and configure other IT equipment including scanners, backup devices, PDA’s etc
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, networking or software issues on site or using remote tools
Create and maintain documentation of sites including diagrams, change management information, details on site specific issues.
Use toolsets in Kaseya managed services solutions software to proactively monitor and maintain our customers IT environments.
Provide technical advice to Sales team.
Other tasks as requested
Accountability

Requires good communication skills and have the ability to liaise with clients with regard to their IT matters in non-technical language.

Our client is looking for an experienced workshop coordinator to join their busy team. Working Monday to Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:

*You will be required to prioritise incoming jobs by level or urgency to schedule technicians to service those jobs depending on client priority.

*Have exceptional customer service skills to be able to interact with customers, and your team mates.

*Establish customer needs to promote new business along with building strong, long lasting business relationships.

*Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction, with cross promotion of all of the businesses products and services.

*Maintain stock levels and raise purchase orders when required to replenish the stock.

*Coordinate and process all Warranty payments and returns.

*Have a strong administrative background in order to record accurate details with a strong understanding in data integrity, as well as having the ability to recommend where training may be required to improve the service and skills within the department, along with delivering that training in 1 hour training blocks to your fellow colleagues.

Your role will be busy, you will have exceptional time management skills and be able to think on your feet, when faced with multiple scenarios at any given time.
